I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone in a budget. It was very reasonably priced and in a great location. The room was big and the bathroom was nice. The only downsides were that the wifi was very slow and sometimes didn't work at all, and it is next door to a school, so we got woken up early every... More

This place is great! The staff speak good English, the rooms are really big and clean and it's far from the loud and noisy night life and party area. Situated on the river, and within walking distance of the night Market, temples and restaurants. The wifi is good, though temperamental at times in the room. Free towels and soap are... More

Stayed here for 4 nights this month. Guesthouse is in a quiet location near to the Nam Khan river but only a 10 minute walk into town, where we spent our first night. Moved on because it cost three times as much and wasn't as pleasant. Its not a luxury hotel but very good value and has a great atmosphere.... More

This is a nice family run hotel - we took 2 rooms for our family of 4. It is a big outside town, not too far from the well-loved Utopia bar (although I wasn't a big fan of that). About 20 mins walk to the centre of town. No breakfast is offered a So you so need to walk to... More

Enjoyed one night here, very basic but a large clean room and bathroom. Good air con and wifi. It's in a good location. It's not really worth the price we paid but all accommodation seems to be priced similar to this. We arranged a bus through reception to Vang Vieng and all worked out great!

We stayed 3 nights in a large family room on the first floor of this traditional LPB wooden house. The room was clean, bright (windows on 3 sides) and comfortable. The balcony on the passage way is a great place to seat, relax, admire the view and drink a cup of coffee. The owner and his family was very friendly and... More

We initially booked for 3 nights but enjoyed our stay so much we extended for another 1 night. The owner of the hostel was extremely helpful and booked our ongoing travel arrangements for us. The room was big and clean. The air conditioning unit was strong. There was a fridge in the room which came in handy to keep our... More

Cheap - compared to other places in Luang Prabang. However I suppose you get what you pay for! The shower head (big head) was leaking a lot- so couldn't be used. Uncomfortable bed, but a good nights sleep - quiet. The lady on reception was very friendly 😊

I stayed here during the Lao New Year - lucky to get a room in Luang Prabang. I had a huge room - very comfortable queen-size four poster bed (with mosquito netting), writing desk, armoire, small fridge, television (really not necessary) and a modern, massive bathroom. The a/c was great and I slept well every night. The owner invited all... More

We stayed here for two nights. Location is OK and ownership is very nice, but the smell of raw sewage from the bathroom was overwhelming. There was a mug overturned and left in the dirty sink when we checked in. My husband and I couldn't stand the smell, so we moved to a different guesthouse.
