This place is totally overpriced. Rooms are nice size but everything is very run down and in urgent need of renovation. No room service, toilets do not flush properly, staff speak little/no English and pool is a joke! (Filthy and size of bath tub)

In my option this is not a boutique hotel only guesthouse, room was clean, after complaining cleaned pool but pump still not working even after 10d No laundry service, restaurant, & bar as advertised. This could be a good place but constant noise from neighbours from 6pm till early hours, plus traffic noise all day. A nice 20 min walk...

Nice guest house, This is not a hotel, very clean room, nice location a good 20 minutes walk to town, when we arrived the pool was unusable, no bar , no laundry service on site .Been looking for the restaurant unable to find that either. We stayed here for 9 nights and kept awake every night with very loud music...

We (family of 4, with two teenagers) stayed 3 nights in this hotel. In the quiet area of Luang Prabang, but on walking distance of the center we enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were great and stylish, the pool was nice (and even open for a night dive ;-) and refreshing and staff was freindly. No breakfast was served...

Rooms were clean and spacious. Internet was slow. Pool wasn't as clean as it could have been. It is a short tuktuk ride into the touristic center of town. When we were here they had no open restaurant. It served our purpose as it was clean and restful and safe.

We were lucky to get a large ground floor room close to the small but very useful pool. Many of the rooms seem to be in the basement. The hotel is just out of the centre, so you have to take a tuk tuk back and forth. Perfect airport PU and DO, but terrible internet. It seemed to only work...

I really enjoyed this place. The family that runs this small boutique hotel is fantastic - really, really friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they had ended up just upgrading us so we stayed in some 'deluxe twins,' which were overly spacious with some nice decor and really comfortable bedding. The rooms were real clean, the A/C cranked and was...

This boutique hotel was difficult to find, nobody seemed to know where it was including the information centre. Rooms were nice but it is a little to far out of town for my liking. We only saw two other couples for the entire time we were there!

This is a very lovely property in LP. The rooms are large, big beds, decent bathrooms, clean. Nice small pool. Very close to all the sights and only a few minutes from the Mekong. However I was very annoyed because I had made reservations, which were confirmed, for two rooms three months in advance but was then told just before...

“The deluxe twins were great, but we were basically in the basement. I'd request I high room next time, at least on the second level. We ended up just leaving the curtains closed instead of looking at a cement wall, but it would have been nice to have some sort of view.”

“The second floor rooms would be preferable to ground ( note: ground floor is always called the !st floor in Asia) rooms as you would have a nice view of the pool. But the 1st floor ( i.e. ground floor) rooms are very fine.”
