From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it has been a bliss. Check in was quick and I was ushered into our beautiful room opposite the garden and pool. Staff was courteous and will greet you Sabaidee every step of the way! Restaurant prices are great and food, especially Pad Thai and fried spring rolls were heavenly. The grounds...

It's a nice quiet place and we can't complain about our very large ground floor room. There's first world problem with patchy wifi but otherwise it's adequate. We didn't book the villas and i think the rooms are better than the villas. The challenge is using the shuttle. The tip is use the shuttle to get in but be early...

This is a gorgeous place with amazing grounds and pool. The rooms are lovely with a fabulous shower. the only downside and I really didn't have a problem with it, was the bed was very firm. they were 3/4 beds, which was nice. I did have a massage in my room which made that firmer bed handy. The room was...

Dear Candy, Greetings from Le Palais Juliana! Thank you so much for giving us an excellent score of 5. We truly appreciate your review. We have taken great effort to further beautify our garden and pool area for the enjoyment of our guests. There are guests who prefer firmer beds and we have actually available cushion mattress for those who...

We spent 5 nights at LPJ (Dec. 25-30) on our first visit to Luang Prabang. Our Deluxe Room was decent size, had a pool view and nice lighting with no overhead lamps. Overall, the hotel did not feel like a 5-star hotel. We felt a general lack of management with noone asking us for feedback about food, room, etc. At...

Dear Engin, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. While we are glad that you had nice words for our restaurant and front desk staff, some other observations need corrective measures with which I have taken up with the concerned department. We hope we can get the chance to welcome you back again with the assurance that...

This is rated as a 5-star luxury hotel, however, when the internet connection is spotty at best, that automatically lowers the star rating for me. Also, first night's dinner being New Year's Day with the staff basically none-existent, the majority of food dishes served at the table were cold. There's nothing worse than cold soup which should be piping hot!...

Dear TravelingWoman, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your feedback about your most recent stay at the Le Palais Juliana. Stayed here as part of my small group tour. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nicely decorated. Grounds are lovely. The rooms are nice size. However, the shower pressure is not good. Poor lighting, pillows and internet service was very spotty. No mini bar in room. A/C worked great. In room safe and two bottles of water complimentary. Had...

We stayed at Palais Juliana for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is probably a 5 min drive from the town centre, so might be far to walk but is therefore in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. We absolutely did not mind that and used the free shuttle bus from the hotel a few times but...

We visited as part of a group at the end of a tour. We were disappointed by this hotel.
