Just want to say we were hesitant to stay once we saw trip advisor reviews and booked through trivago however we were pleasantly suprised! Front desk staff speak very good English as friendly. Our room as a twin when we arrived but I explained we were a couple so he immediately moved us to a double room. Rooms lovely and... More

We happened to stay here during the three coldest days (Jan. 2016) since 1999. It rained incessantly (it was supposed to be the dry season!) and any time in the room we spent shivering. We missed getting any of the few extra blankets in the hotel, so we slept in our clothes under a thin quilt. Actually few of the... More

We are booked into this hotel with a group of 16 people. The air conditioning is running but not really working. The room is equipped but no place to put anything out, tough with 2 people in a room. Also very low water pressure in shower, only one bar of soap, must constantly pass back and forth from shower to... More

The hotel has nice clean rooms and a very nice garden and pool. However there are only a few wooden sunbeds without matresses. It is a half hour walk from town. The guy at the reception during day time is friendly and speaks English. Considering the price it maybe a good option for one or two nights if you don't... More

Nothing much to add to previous reviewers comments. This is a beautiful beautiful hotel however it's location is quite far from town and the absence of a room service menu for food or drinks makes it necessary to decamp to town for the day and return only to sleep, meaning having paid for splendid facilities you never use them. Wifi... More

Spent three nights at this 'sort of' boutique hotel...I gave it a three star rating because of the helpful, pleasant staff...the room was small and had very little to no surface space on which to place things...when leaving the property, one has to turn in the key to the desk thereby turning off electric power to the room, thereby assuring... This is one of the most beautiful hotels that I have stayed in. However, there are things that need improvement. Let me start by saying that this hotel is a bit far away from downtown Luang Prabang, which will require you to take a tuk-tuk to and from the city, there are no attractions nearby, but the rooms are absolutely... This hotel appears to cater to tour groups. Located in downtown Vientiane Laos, it's in a good location for walking tours. No pool, no hair dryers, no restaurant, but only a breakfast room without air conditioning. Laundry service was very good - calculated not by the piece but by the kilo! A nice place for a short stay.

We really liked the smallness of this hotel (just 20 rooms), and the romantic and lushly landscaped grounds with an absolutely gorgeous pool (a perfect spot for those five o'clock gatherings!). The rooms are big, with king sized beds available, with good amenities: free wifi, a safe, a small refrigerator, robes and slippers, a large flat-screen TV, a hairdryer. However,... More

this is located a little out of town but just a 3 or 4 dollar tuk tuk ride away. Nice and quiet. The staff was very solicitious. They would always get you a tuk tuk. and make any arrangements you needed
