With very spacious rooms and a marvelous balcony for watching the comings and goings of fellow tourists, we felt so lucky to get a room at TT First House. A great value in a central location (but on a quieter street), this guesthouse had traditional wooden touches and conveniences like free water and coffee/tea service. We liked it so much...

This place looks great value for money but the staff cannot be trusted and they work as a team. Reported the theft to the Laos police with no result at all even though TT First has a history of theft. The police thought I had imagined I had the money even thought I carried it for the last 6 weeks....

We stayed in the 1st TT First House on the road and it was great! It's a lovely wooden guesthouse with big clean rooms, balconies, hot water and nice bathrooms. The whole street is very picturesque and we had a pleasant stay in this centrally located hotel.

But when i visited Luang Prabang, second day and third day it rained whole day, and it was freakin cold!!!! No radiator, it feels like you are sleeping outside. But I think other guest...

Apparently there are two TT First Houses in the same street. I'm reviewing the one further down, closer to the river. The rooms are great, nicely decorated, all in dark wood, also the furniture. There is a cupboard, a desk, chair, mirror, TV, fridge, aircon and a mosquito net over the big and comfy bed. Although the room feels a...

Lookong for a good guesthouse to book for our return crom the Gibon Experience we entered TT First to try and book rooms. We wanted three nights and the staff promptly said we needed to pay all three nights in advance. When we asked to see the rooms first they said everything was full so we couldn't. I asked if...

Very clean and quiet, really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were pleasant and attentive. Close to amazing night market and Mekong river. 30 second walk from Scandinavian bakery, joma, which after a few weeks away from home was most welcome, the hummus and veg wrap was incredible!
