Imagine returning from a hot and dusty elephant ride with a half hour to freshen up before heading out for additional touring/dinner and finding the doorknob into your hotel room has broken and access is not available. Picture several staff amateurishly trying to figure out what to do without any regard for your timeframe, comfort or convenience. You then must...

We spent two nights here whilst exploring Luang Prabang. I contacted the hotel before arriving to arrange airport transfers and inquire about some activities on offer. I was impressed with how helpful prompt the replies were. Our pick up was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. It took about 15 minutes to get to the hotel. Check...

I’m sure our entire hotel staff enjoyed catering to your needs as much as you enjoyed your stay. Please accept my sincere apology on behalf of Sada Hotel, the pool is just finished construction and will be official opened from January 2017....

We didn't book Sada - our original booking was overbooked, and then it happened again with another hotel! The other hotel booked the Sada for us as it was available. We had a lovely experience at the Sada - our room was gigantic! So much space for 2 people. The bed was super comfy, staff were really nice, and it...

We stayed here 3 nights while in Luang Prabang. It is a lovely small hotel. The breakfast was great. Our room was very large and comfortable. We did have problems getting wifi in our room. Other people we talked to had no problem, so I guess it depends on the location of the room. The location of the hotel is...

Stayed here for over a week, and it's a pretty good starting point to explore Luang Prabang. Pros: The suite was big and spacious and the bathroom was great. Smaller rooms are...smaller, but still decent for the money. Very clean throughout the property, with daily housekeeping for the rooms, and front staff was very helpful. We didn't utilize their shuttle...

If you go to Luang Prabang try Sada! The hotel is very nice and the staff really polite and helpful. Rooms are big and clean and beds are very comfortable. We had an executive room with nice balcony which had a view on the forest. The hotel is 2 minutes by scooter to the night market and all interesting sites!...

There were a lot of flies flying and landing on the food at the breakfast buffet. This is certainly unhygienic and a turn-off for my appetite. Although there is free wifi, reception is often poor or non-existent. When I was there in June 2016, there was construction going on in the swimming pool area, resulting in noise and pollution. Other...
