It was clean and centrally located with a kind and very helpful staff. However, the hotel was not worth the $100/night we paid. Walking around, I saw a great many other hotels and wished I had done some further research. Breakfast was included but offered only western choices which were well prepared. I rented a scooter and was able to... More

This location was perfect for all major sites and the night market. The staff could not be friendlier and were very helpful. A yound man at the front desk took me to a drugsore on his scooter later at night when I had a slight medical problem. The breakfast was very good with a nice view of the river.

There are two Laodeum Hotels in Luang Prabang. We stayed the the quieter located Nam Khan View hotel. The rooms are sufficient in size, clean with great beds. The breakfast provides a pretty wide range and gives a good start into the day. There is also free Wi-Fi. The hotel s within walking distance off the night market and the... More

We absolutely loved our stay in Luang Prabang, but it was even better because of the place we stayed. The owners of this guest house are incredible! They gave us a map with their favourite places in the area and the ones we tried were great! Our room was in the second floor with a balcony that overlooked the Nam... More

We had a simply- appointed and lovely room with a nice sized bathroom with a wonderful shower - it fit us well. Staff were polite, accommodating, and were well versed regarding attractions and various costs associated with local travel. Many of our fellow guests seemed relaxed and friendly, adding to our comfort and pleasure.

We stayed at Villa Laodium for five nights and found it pleasant and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. It is squeaky clean both inside and out. We had a modern shower room with walk in shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast is nothing special but it is all very good value for money

My friend and I stayed at the Villa Laodeum Nam Khan View for 5 days and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. This is a family run hotel and you can see they take pride in their work. We had room #7 and it was clean, good size (very rare in Asia) and comfortable. A free breakfast is served... More

This is a small (8 room) family-run hotel, overlooking the Nam Khan River. It's very quiet but in a great location, close to the Bamboo Bridge, nice restaurants, and about 10 minutes' walk from the heart of the old city with its restaurants and night market. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean, and are full of character with lots of... More

My wife and I stayed here very happily for five nights with our three adult children, with the five of us distributed between two rooms. We started on the ground floor then, when rooms became available, moved to the first floor where we had adjacent rooms and shared a balcony looking out over the river through the trees. The rooms... Great family-run hotel with spacious room, nice view and really helpful staffs. Although the location is not near the city center but it is still good to walk. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Really love it.
