This is a lovely family-run hotel. We stayed in a triple room that faces the river. I had broken my foot a few days before we arrived and they made adjustments for me, like changing our room to the one on the ground floor so that I wouldn't have to climb the stairs. The room was clean and reasonably spacious....

Poum is not only a great owner of a hotel, but also a very caring and friendly person. He helped me solving a little issue that I had with another hotel, and made sure things were good with me all the time. I didn't really know that staying in a right hotel adds a great motivation and sense of security...

I stayed in one of the double rooms without any view: it came with a secluded and surprisingly cool balcony which was a good place to chill out despite being only a few minute's walks from the main street, night market and loads of good restaurants.

The hotel is located on a street that runs next to the river. It's easy walking distance to all the areas of town with quite a selection of restaurants within a short walk.. Reception is very friendly as was the rest of the staff. The room we had were right off the reception area but was quiet - never had...

It was clean and centrally located with a kind and very helpful staff. However, the hotel was not worth the $100/night we paid. Walking around, I saw a great many other hotels and wished I had done some further research. Breakfast was included but offered only western choices which were well prepared. I rented a scooter and was able to...

This location was perfect for all major sites and the night market. The staff could not be friendlier and were very helpful. A yound man at the front desk took me to a drugsore on his scooter later at night when I had a slight medical problem. The breakfast was very good with a nice view of the river.

There are two Laodeum Hotels in Luang Prabang. We stayed the the quieter located Nam Khan View hotel. The rooms are sufficient in size, clean with great beds. The breakfast provides a pretty wide range and gives a good start into the day. There is also free Wi-Fi. The hotel s within walking distance off the night market and the...

We absolutely loved our stay in Luang Prabang, but it was even better because of the place we stayed. The owners of this guest house are incredible! They gave us a map with their favourite places in the area and the ones we tried were great! Our room was in the second floor with a balcony that overlooked the Nam...

We had a simply- appointed and lovely room with a nice sized bathroom with a wonderful shower - it fit us well. Staff were polite, accommodating, and were well versed regarding attractions and various costs associated with local travel. Many of our fellow guests seemed relaxed and friendly, adding to our comfort and pleasure.
