If you can get a room on top floor with view of mountains and pagoda, this is definitively the high end spot to stay (other than the Aman splurge, but not even the Aman has a view). The small hotel exudes historic charm with sort of a jungle, colonial feel if you know what I mean. Great staff eager to...

This beautiful property is a little out of town. But, the benefit is a divine setting that is quiet. The property provides a free shuttle and will also send a car to drive you to town or pick you up at no additional charge. The service was outstanding all around. The breakfast buffet and the pools offer views of the...

This is a lovely hotel that is for everyone but has a wonderfully romantic feel. Upon entering you are in an open air reception area. There are water features and sitting areas. There is a restaurant area that has doors that open to give the feeling of being outside but can close for an indoor event. The bar is in...

Stayed here for 4 nights over new year and it was peaceful and serene. Lovely setting, Beautiful rooms and grounds. (we were upstairs so didn't have the creaking floor issue others mention but can imagine upstairs better than downstairs rooms). The shuttle service into Main Street was great . And they took us down pretty much on demand. But did...

This was our first stop after a long flight and was a beautiful setting in which to unwind and start our exploration of Indo-China. The hotel is slightly out of the town and quiet, clean and calm. The staff and food were excellent, grounds beautifully maintained and most attractively lit at night. Our only criticism would be a word of...

We were greeted on our arrival by wonderful staff members and offered gifts of local coffee and soaps. We had dinner in the restaurant, which had a delicious and creative menu, although the wine list was somewhat limited. This is also where breakfast is served. Our junior suite overlooked the beautiful pool area. The staff also set up a special...

I booked 4 nights at this hotel for New Year based upon the reviews on Tripadviser. We had 2 rooms and although it was really expensive we wanted something very special. This was a terrible and very costly mistake. This is a perfectly decent old fashioned hotel outside Luang Prabang and had it charged up to US $250 a night,...

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff are incredibly lovely and willing to assist with any request. The pool is the perfect place to chill out on a sunny afternoon. While the property is not located in the city, there is a shuttle service to take you in for the night market.

The hotel is a great looking resort with large rooms and great views. The pool is nice and the breakfast buffet is great poolside. The afternoon service poolside is very slow once you seek out and find anyone to provide it. Actually ordering a drink is very slow, and one time had to remind them we were still waiting after...

Furthermore the hotel offers a gym, boutique, tours & excursion desk, meeting room and organic garden with cooking class area. The hotel's 34 suites are elegantly furnished with emphasis on local styles and materials.
