I loved to stay at this place in Luang Prabang. The hotel consists of a couple of old buildings that are very nicely renovated. Our room was well furnished and comfortable. All the points of interest are within reach.

We asked the hotel to arrange a car to pick us up. It was more expensive than a taxi (maybe it cost $15) but we did not want to haggle. We were initially concerned that taxi drivers would try to take advantage of travelers, but we did not find that to be true in Laos or Cambodia.
