Our room was average & the bathroom well decorated and modern. It's quite a large building and the wifi was terrible all over. We had a TV which didn't get much use. The fan and mini fridge were on the other hand quite useful. It's well located, a ten minute walk to the market street. Staff were welcoming but not...

Helpful, attentive staff from the beginning - great family atmosphere and a pleasure to stay there. Basic rooms but all you need for a fantastic stay in a fantastic town! Offer bike rental and breakfast (at an additional cost). Very helpful in helping us to book our transfer to Vientiane!

We had arrived without previous booking with another couple. They give us 2 rooms. The rooms were clean (we ask them to change the blanket of one of them). The staff speak basic english but they can speak French. Wifi was horrible the 3 days that we were there (they try to fix it but no success!). We book also...

We stayed one night on our way south. Wifi didn't work at first, but the fixed it in the morning. AC wasn't great. Rooms are simple just expect something extra for the price. The place in general was a little older but in the end it was clean. 10 to 15 minute walk from night market.

Smelly, mouldy room.. toilet didn't flush.. We booked months in advance (pre paid) and we were given the ground floor room right in front of the loud bar/restaurant.. seems unfair? Staff friendly but they need to be a bit more customer service aware and change the beds/sheets asap.. we felt dirty after

we had a deluxe room as it was all booking.com had left and it was very pleasant, though possibly slightly overpriced. There was a slightly strange smell when we first went in but not after that, some net curtains might be good, but as there was no one by the pool of next door I wasn't worried about leaving the...

The building itself looks amazing from the outside and breakfast (toast or eggs with juice and coffee/tea) is served outdoors in the guesthouse's terrace. The rooms are pretty basic for the price paid but the staff was really friendly and helped us with laundry, bike rental and printing. A short walking distance from the market (10-15' walk). Very slow wi-fi...

I can recommend this hotel. We stayed in ground floor rooms and at least in our two rooms averything was ok. Reasonable price and and clean sheets are excellent option after disembarking fthough mud from slow boat at the pier at south of Luang Prabang. The wi-fii works, beer is cheap, breakfast included - just enough ;). Seeing other persons...

Firstly not not allowed to walk on there dirty floors with yours shoes on. Breakfast was included but very small and average. We had two rooms one for our son and one for us.
