Second time I stayes in this hotel for 4 days. Friendly staff. I now had a 2nd floor room.which was fine. Previous time I had a 5th floor.Royal club room which was the same but had some extras like newspaper, special free buffet area on 5th floor, fruit basket etc. The facilities are okay Gym in the basement as well...

I would certainly not book this hotel again.We had a 9 month old baby with us.They gave a very small room with old furniture...it had a strange smell..The shower wasn't exactly a shower...and not even a pair of slippers.Hard to move in the room with 2 suitcases. And the breakfast was just in a standard level.Nothing to be impressed from.

I came here again after long time. The room furniture became too old and really require renovation. Refrigerator was not working properly and everything was hot inside it. Condition make a lot of noise. All facilities were too old. Jehan from reception was too kind and helpful

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in march 2017. I was allocated a Royal Club Room on the business floor which was absolutely fine. Nice standard of room, free wi-fi, and the food was nice. Was here in March, 2017. 1. The smelt of some aroma smokes. I don't want a room in a 4* hotel smelt like a cheap motel. 2. Awful trembling ventilation system. I could not sleep for 3 nights, because it sounded like someone was riding a skateboard all the time. 3. Stupid staff at the reception. Tried to charge me...

Bad rooms, not enough plugs for 220v, no plugs next to the bed, , breakfast could be better but it is good, waste water smell in the Rooms are like a prioson without big windows, only one compelmentary water in the room, slow room service, room, old furniture
