Jeddah Trident Hotel is one of the well-known hotels in the port city of Jeddah, the Gateway to Mecca, Islam's holiest place. It is a hotel with top class rooms & suites which are spacious and tastefully decorated with all amenities, excellent services, free WiFi, several eating options with a distinct Indian touch ranging from Dosa, Uthapam, Poori and Aaloo...

Place is convenient for going to shopping at Balad. Rooms are small but good enough for 1 person. Food is excellent. Laundry service is quite good. Except some lighting issues at room rest all are good.

Stayed In this hotel from 2nd to 5th of feb. I had a suite on 14th floor which was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable with a modern bathroom. Was disappointed with the breakfast, considering the amount of money they charge, guests do expect better choice of food. Just cos few airlines have their crew stay here, the hotel should not...

The area there also looked very simple which made me apprehensive until they told me to go to level 1 for lobby. Lobby was clean and presentable. Reception was ok though...

I had all three meals and it had excellent spreads in all three meals for the 3 days i stayed. The reception staff however is not so friendly. The pool was under renovation and no gym facility which were the...

Good size room but seems a bit rustic. Good breakfast options including South Indian. Accepts cash and cards. There are shipping options but around limited to necessary requirements only.the hotel staff is quite helpful. The hotel also has a liberal late checkout.

The Conceirage staff were rude when I requested for help to get my shopping bags up to the room. One of the staff (looked a trainee) who took a few steps was asked to come behind by the seniors. Unacceptable.
