I booked this hotel for a quiet room to sleep for three hours and a shower/shave afterwards. It was a quiet dark room OK, the sheets appeared cleaned but had a musky moisture smell, tolerable as this hotel is effectively underground. The room door could not be locked, the chain was falling off the lock, the slide bolt did not...

This has to rate as one of the worst 4 **** hotels you could ever stay at, it should only be given 1* and that is for it's location and nothing else. It's was now my third visit as I'd heard that some of the hotel had been refurbished, so thought it had improved? I had hoped to get a...

I was here for 1 day. My room was old and the bathroom was not properly cleaned before. The airconditioning worked ok, necessarly for the hot period over there. Had a lovely dinner at night. There was no Wifi in my room. That was also a disappointment. Good for 1 day stay.

This hotel is located in the King Abdulaziz international airport in Jeddad. I had very bad experience where I was trapped with the nice lobby. I thought it's room will be as good as the lobby. When I entered the room, I directly checked out within the first 15 minutes. The lighting is terrible and the path room was from...

A disgustingly flithy overated hotel..or rathole.. Its suppose to be the International Airport hotel. Our room had no hot water, no window and a broken door. The toilets still had the urine of the previous occupants on the toilet lid. The enamel in the bath and basin in the bathroom had peeled off. I refused breakfast when I saw the...

This is the most dirtiest hotel in Saudi Arabia while it should be the cleanest one as it is inside international airport. The room was too dirty. The carpet was too dirty. Toilet was horrible. It was a horror experience. It shows really a bad image about gateway of Jeddah.

This hotel has fantastic location at Jeddah South Terminal. You can just walk out of the airport and into the hotel. I walked into the hotel reception at 02.45 and there was only a night porter there. He took 10 minutes to wake up the receptionist who checked me into a shabby room. I asked for a 7am wake up...
