Nice welcome if a little false. The staff walk around a little sulky and uninterested probably due to the lack of customers. The rooms are tired and not very clean. Paint is peeling off the walls. I gave up smoking quite a while ago but could have started again to cover the stench of stale smoke with fresh smoke. In the... More

The staff are good and helpful. The manager is really a good person and helped us a lot. The hotel itself is a 3 stars hotel. My opinion is 2 stars is the maximum you can give to this hotel for the following reasons.. My first impression was everything is old and outdated. From decoration, lifts, rooms..... They don't have... More

Second time coming in this hotel. Clean Rooms , good house keeping. They need to improve on the laundry services and choice of food availability. Since it is center point to all companies , I choose to live here.

The hotel was quite old and in need of repair, with the layout of the rooms like a maze that's weird, elevators are small but the rooms are large sized equipped bathroom with a bathtub , although quite clean but it... This is definitely not a four star hotel by European standards! It's poor and in dire need of refurbishment. In particular, the 'gym' area looks dirty; a colleague of mine even spotted a big rat strolling around! The general impression of the hotel is one of shabiness and dampness. The A/C is very strong and so complicated to adjust that I... More

I stayed for about 4 nights, went there with a friend, each with separate rooms, we had all days a room service knocking at the door, they did their job quickly and good. New towels, new bed sheets, we didn't have to call reception to get room service. The restaurant is at 10th floor, semi-beautiful view, close to the hotel... More

It was my first time to this hotel. I was planning to stay for 1 night and then go to mecca for umra the next day. We choose to book a suite which was a very good decision as we were 3 adults and the rate was very reasonable. The rooms are clean and well furnitured. We had a ramadan... More
