We spend two nights at Dibai House and had the most lovely time! It's small traditional B&B managed by an very helpful young lady who make sure guests feel at home. The house is incredibly charming and is organised around a fresh courtyard with a decorative pool and some trees. We had twin room (70€/night) equally charming, spacious and comfortable.... More

The house in itself is a lovely place in a typical Iranian style with a beautiful atrium. The location is ok, the area is not great but it is walking distance from main Esfahan attraction sites (about 20 minutes walk to Esfahan Square). The owner speaks French fluently which some French travelers might find helpful (although not that much since you... More

Beautifully restored old authentic Iranian house with a pleasant courtyard not far from the Jamed mosque actually nearby the Bazaar. The owners are a Mother and a Daughter. We only met the Mother who is a very kind lady who can give advice about restaurants in the Bazaar and elsewhere.

The room and the breakfast were good. But, considering the price of hotel, we expected a cleaner and nicer bathroom. The wifi only worked near the owner's room, so most of the time we could not connect. When we stayed, in December 2015, the courtyard looked nothing like the pictures, the fountain was covered up and the floor was not... More

I am very surprised to see very bad reviews about the Dibai house, escpecially because people complain about things that did not bother me that much. First, the house is a lovely place, very well renivated by Soufie (the owner). I loved the blue natural paint in the courtyard, the ''hammam'' with the mirror work and the lovely rooms (cloroed... Dibai House may claim to be a hotel, but it is really a grossly overpriced hostel. The building itself is nice, but this is outweighed by the many problems and the price of 75 euros per night. Everyone in our room was bitten by insects. Contrary to what we were told when we booked, there are no private bathrooms. All... More

I arrived at Dibai House at 7:30am after a long trip from Europe that had me transfer airports in Tehran in the middle of the night. I was not expecting to be able to go sleep until my check-in time however the staff was waiting for me and guided me through my bedroom. I could not have appreciated more to... More

This hotel is expensive for the service and quality you receive. The price is out of proportion: € 80 per night for a room for three persons. 1) There is no air conditioning which causes sleepless nights in 39 degrees. There is only a fan that makes a lot of noise. Since there is no AC, you are forced to... More
