Had my concerns about this property but they were mostly unfounded. We had a 2 double bedroom apartment. There was a shared bathroom and a second separate toilet. Kitchen had the necessary equipment but needed basic maintenance doing, like stopping the cupboard doors falling off. Dining/Living room was fine. Beds were fine. All the furniture and curtains were a bit worn and could do with being replaced fairly soon. The staff were excellent and the apartment was serviced daily. They even washed up what had been missed and tidied up after us.

The staff is very friendly, they smiled every time they saw us. We booked a one bedroom apartment which had a fully equiped kitchen, plenty of space and for my surprise two bathrooms. The room was clean but the bathrooms are old-dated. From the pool you can actually see the Burj building. Not that close to the beach. It takes like 10-15 minutes by taxi (we paid 20 AED for one way trip).
My biggest problem was the construction sights right next to the hotel as they work 24h and during the night is quite disturbing.
I would recoment this hotel to others but only after the works are over!

Hubby and I stayed here for 8 days and we were more than satisfied. This is an amazing value for money - very strategic location; helpful and professional staffs; a rooftop pool; gym and sauna for fitness addicts. Very peaceful place for relaxation. I basically walked around the area and checked 10 other hotels, and for the same price, you would get only a room whereas in La Villa Najd, there's a living room, kitchenette, and a bedroom. They have utensils, microwave and automatic washing machine. This hotel could use a little upgrading but let's be realistic, hotels in this part of Dubai are very expensive. Other hotel apartments in this part of Dubai are double the price. This is a value for money, the cheapest hotel apartment around Barsha, Tecom and Dubai Marina. I would recommend this hotel apartment to my friends.

Don't book here. Cleaning is awful, air condition not cleaned, the hotel staff stealing from the room. The room is to smal according to the
internet site.
Cockroaches everywhere!!!
Kitchen was dirty, food left in the oven,on the cutting board and inside the fridge. They also tried to put us in one room even if we had paid for two rooms. DON'T BOOK THIS DIRTY HOTEL!!!

I am usually an easy marker when it comes to accommodation, however in this instance I must say that my overall impression of the Najd Hotel is quite poor. Like other reviewers I would agree that the location is great, and probably this hotels only saving grace....along with the price of the rooms.
While the rooms are somewhat cheap, this must be due to the fact that the bedroom stinks like a urinal cake. The ensuite has a overpowering lemon/bleach stank that burns the nostrils. In addition, the 2nd bathroom had 'stains' from the last guest all over the toilet seat....
This coupled with the astonishingly bad customer service displayed by the gentleman (Froy) at the front counter. He was dismissive, grumpy and arrogant, I think he needs to be reminded he is in a customer service environment, if I wasn't so precious (and had already paid) I would have found another place.
On a positive note though, the concierge is great and was always willing to help. All in all, not the best place in Dubai to stay but if you like lemons and want to feel guilty for troubling the front counter staff with your business then this is definitely the place to stay.

As I work in Dubai I was looking for an apartment to stay. I like to stay in hotel apartments so I found that hotel in the internet. After a few complications we could talk tot the manager about taking an apartment for a year. We verbally agreed on a rate and I paid the first month upfront.
About one week before that month was over my wife asked the staff how we can pay the next month. The staff then came back to us and told us we can't stay to the agreed price and have to pay 1,000 AED more. Of course we then moved to somewhere else as this is an outrage. To do business like that is not acceptable and I am disappointed about them. The rooms are not bad (not that big but fully equipped) and the location is excellent right next to the MOE.
But the service is below standard (Mr. Froy from reception is arrogant and only if he has a good mood he is talking to customers). Overall I can't recommend this hotel to anyone and only warn you to make business with tem.

Very small rooms and not very clean. Location not ideal for metro stations. Kitchen was so small hardly you can stand and use. Washrooms undersized tubs and not clean at all. Service was not good as well.

We are regular guests and we really like staying at La Villa Najd. I even celebrated last year late Christmas and NY with them and today I chose celebrating our anniversary there. We usually stay for a night or two but I just wanna share how rude that African lady in the reception was and if there's any word worst than that, that's how she was. She made us feel unwelcome, she made us feel that we're not allowed to raise our complaint because we only stayed there for a night and feel like whatever she want is what we should follow. We will never ever go back there again and I do believe that the African lady should undergo a refresher course for customer service. I'am really disappointed on how that African lady treated us without knowing how she ruined our special day today.
