The hotel lobby is modern, well lit and spacious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are small and well equipped. Perfect for business travelers but too small for families. If you need something to eat that's not on the menu, speak with the Head Chef Kuldeep Bhattacharjee or his assistants Virginia and Vishnu. I was prepared one of...

First the wifi doesn't work so that's a LIE that the wifi is free. Beds feel like padding stolen from a sleeping bag. The buffet is terrible from the food to the people working there. I would hate my job too working there. The only person that is great is the one cleaning the rooms on the first floor. If...

Worth every penny if you book in advance!! Take package with breakfast as no shops near by. 700m walk to metro can be tiring in day time. Rooms are small but very nice!! Unlike some comments i read before regarding rooms. Close to all attractions

Rooms are on the smaller side, but if you are a single traveler, you would be okay. Rooms are neat, bedding is comfortable, buffet breakfast does have good variety, bathroom is clean but small, hot and cold water available in the basin, the bidet has lukewarm water and hence the added comfort, about 15 minutes walk from the metro station,...

This is the worst ibis I've stayed at, the hallways reek of smoke. The room smells like mold and urine and there are no towels in the room. Keep away and try another place in the area such as city max, centro and such. Also note they do not have valet parking at the ibis.
