She's really into her role that she was able to explain waht type of room that suits our needs.
Our Stay in Premiere Inn Al Jadaf
The location is very accessible (walkable) to the Metro that we got not problem in going to different city’s spots. The free bus service to different malls made our shopping experience easy!
The heart-warming smile of Emilyn Dela Cruz (Front Desk) made our first day really accommodating. She well-assisted us especially on changing our previous booked room. She reminded us on the basic rules of the hotel and also the time of of our check out for our last day.
The room is very clean and spacious, as well as the room temperature is well operated with their aircon. The housekeeper/s really made sure that after we came back from our tour at night, the rooms were cleaned and polished—bathroom tub and toilet, including toilet towels. They also provided us free bottles of water everyday.
We also had the best experience on their swimming pool (at the rooftop). The water is clean and the changing rooms are well polished too. The free gym has the new set of equipments, and has no unpleasant smell.
Thank you for the great experience!

Breakfast at the restaurant was good, totally enjoyed it. Their vegetarian burger (room service) was delicious. Room and toilet was clean. Beds clean n comfortable. Staffs were polite and nice. Enjoyed our trip. Provide shuttle service to/from airport & Dubai mall. There’s a comfy cafe too.
They don’t provide toothbrush & toothpaste (xtra cost) so bring your own.

I selected Premier Inn Dubai International Airport in order for my husband and I to take a rest and shower prior to our 1:30 am flight from Dubai to Paris. We had arrived in Dubai by cruise ship the same day and didn't require anything 5* or over the top luxurious. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport which leaves every 30 minutes. They apparently also offer a free shuttle to several popular Dubai malls and attractions. Free wifi connection was excellent and appreciated.
The location is perfect ~ directly across from the airport ~ and the price paid for a good quality, quiet room with comfortable beds was very attractive. The entire, modern hotel was tastefully decorated and very clean. It also boasts a rooftop pool ~ which we didn't use ~ that has amazing views of Dubai. Staff were very friendly and efficient and spoke good English.
We took advantage of being able to enjoy several really good draft beers at the onsite pub, plus a light meal. The beers were on the pricey side, but that's Dubai, in general.
Our only complaint with the room was that shampoo was not furnished ~ only bath and shower gel.
If we were to visit Dubai again in the future, we definitely would stay at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport.

My stay at Premier Inn DIA was excellent. Upon check-in Amy was fantastic and friendly. She informed me about the hotel facilities and also about the changes to a few of their facilities such as the pool timings etc.
Throughout my stay I had the pleasure of also being assisted by Alice, Walaa and Mahmood.
The rooms at the Premier Inn DIA are small but very clean and I am very thankful that they have now installed USB charging ports in all their rooms next to their beds. This makes it easier to charge your phones while you are winding down for the night.

In these COVID times, the wealth of Premier Inn Dubai Airport is their World Class Staff. At some hotels, your fellow guests may not respect the need to wear the mask in the lobby. If this makes you feel insecure, you have nothing to fear. Among his other duties, Poja the guard spends his shift gently reminding all of us to be concerned for one another with a courtesy impossible to ignore. COVID times also means that we must get PCR tests before checking in for our flights. The friendly Chamara, expert concierge, will hook you up with their partnership service at a reasonable price. You don't even have to leave your room; they will come to you! Test results seem to take less than 12 hours to arrive. Chamara or the front desk will eagerly print it for you. I cannot say enough about the Front Desk Staff. Shomaila has a pleasant, smiling manner that will lift your spirits if you arrive tired to the hotel. But if she is busy serving another guest, do not despair. Rayan, Michael the other Front Desk Agents will either take care of you, or put you in contact with someone who can help you. When your dirty clothes pile starts to invade your suitcase, some may wish to wash your clothes in the bidet or sink in your room. However, you will be much better off filling in the form beside the safe in your room, and dropping them off to the front desk before 10 AM. If you do, Docus will not only wash them, but also press and iron them. Before you go to bed, you will get them back, spotless, fresh-smelling and wrapped with care. If you can, please take advantage of the pool on the roof, the cafe and the restaurant. My favorite was their signature Fish and Chips. At the restaurant, Edrina was so kind. I would bring down my empty cup many times, and she would patiently fill it with ice with a smile. I must not end without mentioning the housekeeping staff of Premier Inn. Tanveer and Chinna in particular worked very hard to make sure that my room was spotless, clean and stocked with the daily water bottles, coffee, tea, sugar and cream that kept me going during my delightful stay in Dubai.

Checked in on the 31st of January for a two week stay at this Hotel. Great service from the reception staff and very informative information regarding Covid procedures around the hotel . I ate at the restaurant a number of times, MR Toads Kitchen. This had a very good selection of foods from European to Asian, always something different to have. Although the steak baguette was very good. Breakfast was also great, staff lovely and very attentive, nothing too much trouble again a good choice. There is a Costa Coffee located in the reception area, a proper café with seating inside and outside. Again a good choice of Coffee and cakes etc. Had a couple of tuna melts again very good. Pool on roof top which was open, but well controlled with a booking service and pool attendant at all times. Gym also available if required. Room service carried out daily and water bottles and tea and coffee in the room topped up. Great service from the housekeeping team. The hotel also organized my PCR test for my onward journey which was carried out by a reputable company who came to the hotel to carry out the test. Free bus service to terminal 3 at the airport. Great hotel and location with great staff. Can recommend and hope to return again in the future.

Nice rooms and efficient checkin. The hotel is very close to the airport, but it takes an age to get there. It's impossible to walk. Shuttle buses go via T1, then all around the houses and run infrequently - even if you can find them. You have to queue till forever for a taxi. Find a hotel on the metro line, just as good for half the price - only use this place late at night after the metro stops working.

Akhila,I guess she is a duty manager was vey rude. I was told I will get complimentary unlimited water bottles on my first day at this Hotel. one day I called reception in the morning at around 8am were I was thirsty and she say water bottles can be served only when house keeping cleans my room.I don’t know when they will clean my room so I said I’m thirsty and I was not told before like this. So she says it is decided overnight and now she cant serve me water bottles and the only way to get it is through the vending machine and it is in some other floor. I was under impression that I will get water anything which was told to me on day one,after 10 days they says it is not available anytime. I don’t mind you guys giving me water bottles or none but at least communicate to your customers properly in advance so that we are prepared. Akhila you have to change your arrogant speech,dont forget that you are getting paid because off customers.

I loved my stay at the Premiere Inn. I was there with my kids for 3 nights. I found the hotel very clean and also firm on enforcing Covid-19 protocols. The staff were all friendly and courteous, always willing to assist me. As a person traveling with kids, I thoroughly appreciated their assistance and patience. No staff ever made me feel my kids were a bother.
The front office staff members, Narayan, Malik and Walaa were always ready to assist me; and I had one need or the other😁. I am very grateful for kindness thoughtfulness and pleasantness. There was another lady front staff member, I unfortunately didn't get her name before her shift was over. She was also a kind and pleasant person. I run into Saka, a hotel support staff, a few times and he was very friendly, always ready to offer a helping hand.
Mr Toad's restaurant staff were also friendly and patient with me and my kids, who were on a few occasions, all over the place. Our temperature was checked, then asked to rub hand sanitizer before we entered. The tables were always cleaned with alcohol spray...so this made me feel comfortable to eat there.
If given the choice again, I'll come back and I highly recommend this hotel.

Contact the hotel and inquire directly is the way. Early check in is dependent on inventory of that day. Your check out time should not be an issue. If your hoping that would be taken I consideration to be able to get a room when you check in, then definitely contact the hotel, perhaps even via email so you will have it on paper.
