Went for breakfast with a friend. Relaxing ambience. Mr. Hasnain was indeed professional and exceeded our expectations. He introduced the wifi services that they have in the Cafe, and informed us about the time needed for breakfast preparation.

This hotel offers unbeatable value for money and breakfast is included. It's perfect for a one night stay when you arrive late at Dubai DXB airport as it takes just 5 minutes to get there. The rooms are spacious and modern and I was very comfortable there. They should have more staff on reception as sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait. Also housekeeping needs to check the rooms better as my minibar's light was on all night and in the morning I discovered that the fridge was hot so had to throw away all the food I'd put in it.

I was 110% happy and would definitely recommend staying here. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Sankar and Dharmendre, who kept my room very clean and for their friendly and respectful attitude towards me. I would also like to thank Joy and Aly for their excellent service. I stayed for 15 days and the service was excellent everyday.
