Its beach-proximate location is central and convenient, winning over guests looking to explore local attractions. While the spacious and modern rooms generally satisfy, some guests suggest improvements in cleanliness and service upon arrival. My wife and I stayed here for two nights in November during an extended layover in Dubai, and were very happy with our decision.

We arrived early into Dubai, but the hotel was able to check us in and get us into our room, which was upgraded due to my Marriott status. Amazing view of the ocean / sunset / skyline. Bags were immediately taken from us, and brought up to room and met with butler in room who, although we didn’t really utilize him, was very nice and helpful.

Turndown service was great, as was housekeeping. All staff were very helpful, with room service offerings plentiful, quick to be brought up and removed. Shout out to Lesley for his humour and chocolates.

The room and bathroom were very large, with an extremely comfortable bed. Toiletries were high standard. The bathroom is a bit of a fishbowl, kind of unique, but you can lower the blinds, just be aware that they don’t completely close off, and someone could still peek through the crack. Large closet area, and a really neat large entrance door.

Door staff were amazing, assisting with early morning taxis the night before and ensuring there would be one available.

Pool area very nice with quick service. Check in and check out extremely efficient. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. Very plentiful and great quality and selection.

5/5 and would return

St Regis the palm, is very conveniently located and connected to Nakheel mall. Hotel check in was good and quick. We arrived early and unfortunately our room wasn’t ready yet but a suggestion would be to offer a welcome drink or some water to guests upon arrival especially after an overnight flight. The staff were helpful and were able to get our room ready early which we really appreciated. The suite we stayed in was absolutely lovely floor to ceiling windows with incredible views of Dubai and on a clear day you could actually see the Burj Khalifa along with a lot of Dubais other landmarks. The suite had a great bed (st Regis beds are amazing) lovely shower and separate bath tub. Toiletries provided are excellent, you even get face wash which is amazing. The housekeeping team were excellent throughout and Eslam and his team were incredible. The doorman / porters are a real credit especially Shoaib, Musharoof and Saket at times the hotels lobby gets very busy with non hotel guests due to the number of restaurants / the view and aura. The pool at the hotel were fantastic and the staff at the pool are amazing lifeguards, wait staff all amazing honestly they are all gems. The service is amazing, food and drinks are delicious and the guys at the pool are incredible. The two infinity pools on the 4th floor have great views of Dubai are heated to 30 degrees (in winter) you genuinely don’t want to leave the pool. A special thank you to the entire team poolside especially Pramod. Breakfast is really good but I do feel the weekday time of finish at 10.30am is a bit early especially for leisure holidaymakers- the cooked eggs to order are always good, plentiful buffet with health and unhealthy options to suit everybody’s needs. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back.

We stayed five nights at the St Regis and had a wonderful experience. Check in always takes an age at hotels these days with staff tapping what seems like loads of information into a computer, it is a complete mystery what they are doing, and this was no exception. However this member of staff apologised for the wait and gave us a coffee while we waited.
The St Regis operates a complimentary butler service and our butler was summoned to show us to our room. Although we had little recourse to her after that it was useful to be able to pick up the phone when we needed some fresh milk for our tea and it be swiftly delivered.
The room was excellent. Spotlessly clean and containing everything that we could possibly need including shaving razors and toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room was cleaned during the day and again at turndown in the evening.
Breakfast was very good. A huge variety of foods to suit all tastes and cultures. There is a wide choice on the buffet as well as freshly cooked eggs to order. Coffee is freshly made and not from a pot where it has been stewing and after a few days staff remembered what we like to drink which was impressive. It was a good start to the day.
We were there for sun (and to see our son!) and so spent most of our time around the Dip Pool. There are comfortable beds and and very friendly and helpful staff. They will deliver food and drinks to your sunbed or you can move to the shade and sit at a table.
Again it was a nice touch that staff remembered our names.
We had drinks in the bar a couple of times and enjoyed the ritual of sabering a bottle of champagne which apparently happens in every St Regis hotel at 19:45 in the evening.
There is a spa and we both had treatments which were very efficiently carried out.
The hotel has a walkway to the Nakheel Mall which is very handy. It is not huge but fine for basic shopping. There is an M&S foods (for that Percy Pig moment!), a Waitrose and a Boots as well as some other stores that you would also find in a UK mall.
We have stayed at other 5 star hotel in Dubai some of which were a great deal more expensive but we are already planning our return to the St Regis and hope return in October this year.

Room was already cleaned. Deadbolt was on. Privacy sign was on. Housekeeping undid the door lock by taking the cap off to enter the room to provide us a box of baby toiletries that were already provided. Super weird. Shower faucet leaked despite engineering trying to fix it. Thermostats for the suite were capped at 21C despite engineering resetting them. Later, front desk stated that management capped the thermostats at 21C. I’m surprised a St Regis is doing that. Never been in any hotel that capped their thermostats. Would not have thought St Regis Dubai was a slumlord. Never met the butler. Breakfast was mediocre.

I recently stayed at The St. Regis The Palm, Dubai, and it was an exceptional experience.

The service was impeccable across all areas. The F&B team and front desk were attentive and professional, housekeeping was impressively efficient, and the laundry service was quick and convenient with flexible options like 4 hours express laundry . Communication through the Bonvoy app chat system was seamless and helpful throughout.

The hotel is perfectly situated on The Palm, offering a great mix of luxury and accessibility. Jogging and walking paths nearby are excellent, and the area is ideal for leisurely coffee strolls.

The rooms are modern, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Highlights include efficient air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi, a beautifully appointed bathroom, and a practical workspace. Additional touches like a full-height mirror and yoga space enhance the experience, though the minibar could be enhanced with the addition of a half-bottle of red wine.

Breakfast was a standout, offering excellent variety and quality. The lobby lounge is cozy, though a bit small, with a welcoming St regis bar in the evenings (please extend my compliments to Marianna - she is absolutely wonderful).

The gym is well-equipped and ideal for workouts, and the pool area is relaxing and beautifully maintained.

The St. Regis The Palm offers a refined and luxurious experience with outstanding service, well-thought-out amenities, and a prime location. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a memorable stay in Dubai.

If you are looking for a memorable 5star luxury experience to recharge your batteries for a few days, or longer stay to facilitate exploring wider Dubai this superbly appointed St Regis Hotel on the Palm, ticked all my boxes. Staying in the hotel solo, from my first minutes in the hotel I felt at home, my personal satisfaction and comfort their prime objective, with special mention to Butler, Suranga, who provided assistance throughout my stay, always welcoming me by name with a warm smile, happy to answer my questions, nothing was too much trouble. My room was light, spacious and very comfortable with white accents, the luxurious en suite included an ultra relaxing large free standing bath. The breakfast choices are extensive and fully compressive. I enjoyed the fresh half avocado option served with my egg choice and the coffee and beautiful patisserie deserve special mention. The welcoming and attentive restaurant team made a perfect start to my day whether this would be at their infinity pool or out and about at the beach club or elsewhere in Dubai.
I found the hotel so conveniently located with direct internal access to the Nakheel Mall Dubai Palm and the palm monorail nearby. It is also situated below another of Dubai’s most popular visitor destinations, the Aura Sky lounge with 360 degree infinity pool giving the most stunning views of the Palm.
The St Regis is an experience in itself whose collective team and their attention to every detail for your individual comfort and enjoyment, makes this so memorable and calls me back. Huge thank you to all the team.

I had a perfect stay at this place. The location is unbeatable with the breathtaking views.
The hotel room itself was very comfortable, with cozy bed, very well-equiped washrooms and all the necessary amenities.
And, the guy in the lobby, Ajitesh, was very kind, flexible and helpful, he not only made the process easy but also recommended various places.

The property was stunning, but more importantly service standards are amazing. Every aspect of the stay was spectacular, from the spa to the hotel bar. Being able to quickly run into the mall to get coconut water most mornings really put it over the top. The views were incredible. When checking in at 8 pm, our party was on a time crunch to make it up stairs for dinner. The process was so easy and fast. Our luggage was in our rooms within minutes and any asks were immediately attended to making getting ready after a 14 hour flight simple. Housekeeping line up our shoes in a different place each day which was a nice way to know they cleaned from top to bottom.
We woke up one of the mornings with a little free time and decided to call about the spa. They were able to accommodate us with in a few moments.
The hotel stay really did make our whole trip complete. Staying here again is a must!!

After a lot of thought, we booked St.Regis the Palm Dubai for four nights in early November. Well the experience left much to be desired. St. Regis talks about amzing Butler Service which is totally lacking. Its time the management sends some one to St. Regis Singapore or Bangkok to know what is butler service all about. On checking in there was no call or meeting with any butler , the butler remained only on the phone. There were no fruits , inadequate water etc and I think I callled up at least 4 times to get these things. I was earleir told that Butler will arrnage things in the morning, it was late night check in. I finally had to speak to the Duty Manager to get things moving. Typically in St Regis world wide the Butlers do following
1. Meet and greet the guests
2. Unpacking
3. Getitng Tea , coffee , cookies on a nice tray whenever asked
4. Drawing a bath
5. Garment pressing etc etc
None of these should be expected in St Regis the Palm Dubai. When asked for tea the Butler showed me the tea kettle where I could make tea in my room.
For the top dollars that you charge the World Class Butler Service in St Regis the Palm Dubai is nothing but a fancy name to lure customers. We do not think we will stay here again.

The only word I have to describe this hotel is WOW! I couldn’t fault a single thing, it was beyond amazing from start to finish! The location of the hotel itself was perfect, only 10 min journey to basically everything we wanted. As well as being attached to the mall this was so great. The hotel itself was so beautiful, the decor was 10/10, including our room. This was so beautiful we couldn’t quite believe it. The service was 10/10 thanks to Nishita. She went above and beyond to make this trip so special for us, and she kept in touch throughout the trip offering to book restaurants or help us with anything we needed. It was my dads 60th and organised a guitar singer in the room to sing happy birthday along with cake and personalised wine! Turkey magical hotel and we cannot wait to return!!
