Free shuttle from airport takes about 3 minutes to get there. Room was spacious and clean. Came with towels, shower gel and shampoo. Free buffet breakfast in morning. Not going to complain everything was fine considering it was free of charge as our stopover was more than 8

Stayed at this hotel overnight on a 9 hour layover. The hotel was decent but no where close to Dubai standards. Qatar Airways puts you in better place. If you are staying in Dubai on a layover - better spend your time seeing the city and then get back to the airport.

Airport hotel with a lack of facilities, rooms are spacious but with limited amenities. Good for the people who wanted to spend a few hours before the long flights. Location is near to the international airport. Food is average.

I had a Dubai connect through Emirates at Copthorne for 19 hours. All the staff I met were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean and the meals provided were delicious and varied. This stay made me want to fly Emirates every time I travel!!!

The two hour tour was a total waste of time and money. We drove past items of interest that were indicated on the brochure, at speed, with a 5 minute stop to take photos of an remarkable mosque, the Jumeirah Beach where we could see the Burj Al Arab from afar and and then the Burj Khalifa from across the road. The greatest amount of time, half an hour, on the tour was taken up by a stop over at an empty shopping centre, Saga World, which we were told was a Cultural Centre, where we were taken into a room and offered overly expensive items. On our refusal to purchase, were promptly escorted out to wait in the car park - photos were prohibited, as was browsing. Do not go on this tour, unless you like to pay good money to sit in a car park. It is easier to catch the local rail for next to nothing and make your way into the Burj Khalifa to see it and the fountain, or a taxi to be taken to markets and other more interesting sites!

I would recommend to take a taxi and go around the attractions. taxi drivers are good and they understand the visitors need. The hotel will be able to help you.

Yes, with Emirates over 8 hours and a certain amount of money spent on the flight itself. If you're worried, confirm with Emirates when booking. They're great.
