Great hotel and overall facilities. Only drawback is that everything you want to do requires a deposit even if you have prepaid the room for the full stay. Maybe lots of guest did not pay their bills? Was told that could not charge anything to the room or even make a local call unless a full deposit fleas made.

I’ll never forget my stay in this hotel. The suite was incredible. Large and so confortable. Food all day was perfect. The team is here for you every time you need. You’ll be near all the places and all the activities you planned to go. Swimming pool is large and very nice. At night it’s so beautiful with the lights. Gym is wonderful too. A big thanks to Kamal for checking us in and out. Also to all the team and Rajat for this amazing experience.

Staying at the first collection at the jumeriah colleague and the housekeeping was great 10/10 great clean easy and very polite. They have come and cleaned every day and politely knock the door and ask if they can clean Thank you to Ram/Sharuka

The best places with nice manager karim he is very helpful he make our day amazing when you meet him everyday at breakfast with very great smile i like his hospitality when he is around all the table checking all the guest satisfaction now its our best hotel ever Thanks alot to karim also never forgot prabath housekeeping manager and his team always clean my room and ready to assist you at anytime

I recently booked my Mother in for a week stay at FC, and I just wanted to reach out and say a huge THANK YOU to all the incredible staff. A special mention to AJIT on reception who helped me with my booking, was super attentive and so welcoming and friendly to myself and to my mum. Nothing was too much trouble, he ensured everything went smoothly for my mums stay and he really went above and beyond. Another shout out to the valet parking guys. I don't think these boys get enough recognition for the effort they make day in day out. They are always smiling, always greeted with a lovely welcome and especially last week out in the rain, they continued as normal with a smile on their face. Please pass my thanks on to these amazing members of staff, thank you.

I had an amazing time at the, The first collection hotel. The service was amazing, Kome and korede were extremely helpful tending to all our queries and very welcoming people. Breakfast was amazing I would definitely recommend the omelette. Karim was very attentive at breakfast and lovely. Also the hotel is very beautiful, sheets was changed everyday and they provided 24 hour service. I will be back!!!

Rooms were very clean and ignan really helped us with everything. All the services were very helpful and nearby. Must visit if you are coming to dubai. And they have 24 x 7 room service. Best value in dubai.
