We have been to Dubai many times and this was the first time staying at Mina A’Salam, we normally at there sister hotels. We paid extra for executive level. This was really good and saved us a lot of money.

Stayed at Mina Salam late November 17...... what a great place to be and wonderful location on Jumeirah Beach. The hotel is 25 mins from Dubai airport (approx 90 Dirhams - GBP£17). Arrived early morning, reception staff were brilliant and gave me a room straight...More

I stayed at Mina a’Salam a while back (2007 before I was on trip advisor) and I totally fell in love with it. It’s luxury at its best.

I’m impressed the Jumeirah group are moving you, We stayed at the Mina in October and had dinner in the Jumeirah Beach Hotel one night: the beach-side of the JBH was barely visible due to the kids club pool/s being reconstructed. Not what I would want outside my hotel.
You can get buggies to Wild Wadi from the Mina. It’s an elegant, understated hotel with full access to all of the Jumeirah group facilities in the Madinat area. You’ll have a great time.

Jumeirah Flavours definitely worth the money: main courses in Dubai are expensive, with the Flavours package you can eat in a wide choice of restaurants and can pay supplements for any which aren’t completely covered by the package. We can highly recommend the Al Q’asar Friday brunch: it’s not romantic but great fun - book yourselves a table in the Al Hambra Spanish restaurant: we had a great table overlooking the water on the terrace, it wasn’t as manic as the main areas and the service was excellent.
The Mina is an understated, elegant hotel - no Towies, Cheshire Housewives or Geordies in sight! Have a great honeymoon!
