Unfriendly front desk...they don't even smile, old look, smelly rugs and above all its not a good hotel in terms of amenities and discount. I was charged a lot of hidden taxes. No improvement. The place needs a lot improvements and personnel overhaul. The manager is not friendly in any way.....

A little faded. We used this hotel as a one-night stopover on the way back from theidyllic Maldives. It is adequate but the rooms are dated and tired. This hotel could not be recommended for nything but a 1 night stay

Unfriendly front desk. The location of the hotel is very strategic for shopping. The rooms are neat but old and smelly. When lodging, ask for the water view. It's so scenic. The swimming is fairly good while restaurant is outstanding

Overall nice experience. Friendly staff. Value for money. Convenient location. Very close to Baniyas Metro and Deira Abra station. Electronics shopping area - nice shops like AL Rams on the Baniyas Tower, famous fast food restaurants likeMcDonalds, KFC within 2-3 minutes.

Very very average on all aspects. What stood out was however the Italian restaurant at the ground floor. All the stuff ordered was fresh and really tasty. But for the food at the restaurant, nothing great about the hotel.

They got us double instead triple. The front desk staff were unhelpful, the room was small and smelled bad, the toilet leaked, the shower was dirty, the sheets had stains and marks on them, and finally the breakfast was not good and crowded. Please be careful and stay away!!!!!

Hotel staff is very friendly the rooms are clean and have all the basic needs you need its affordable for the price you pay . Breakfast is mainly targeted for the US AND arabics no wonder as most of the guest is the type they target . No complimentary water no tea or coffee. But the wifi strength is excellent...

I've been with my daughter and wife 3 years ago, I remember it was very clean, good services, well located ( in old town, not Marina region ). Is just regular hotel, if you are looking for something spectaculous, chose another one.
