This hotel is inside the CSRA zone so you don't have to enter UAE to get there. Staff is kind and helpful. Room is nice and clean. In concourse C, there is no swimming pool in the hotel, if you want to use the pool, you have to book a room in concourse B.

This hotel is a great place for a sleepover when you are transiting in Dubai Airport during the night. The hotel is available in concourses A, B and C in Terminal 3. We were in concourse C. After landing in Dubai, a representative of the hotel was waiting for us right at the arrival gate and accompanied us to the hotel. He was very nice, but he was walking extremely fast, so it was a bit hard to follow him. When we asked him to slow down, he did of course. Room is perfectly clean and bed is comfortable. We did not have any food, because we rather wanted to walk around concourse C and B, so I have no information about the food at all. Customer service is very nice and helpful, check in and check out goes very quickly. In concourse B, there is a swimming pool too, which all guests can use, even those in concourse C, but we did not want to walk so much with our bathing stuff :)…

I had a 15 hour halt in Dubai after a 19 hour flight from Auckland. I booked the hotel on the phone and the reservation team was super helpful. When I arrived, it was very easy to fine the hotel (super close to the arrivals section) and check in was quick and easy. I got a room close to the reception and my room was very clean and spacious. Ordered room service twice and the food was great both times. They even called me to ask me how I liked it, which I felt was very good customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff and my gate was literally under the hotel itself. Travelling solo for the first time and this gave me a lot of confidence. Will definitely recommend if you have a long stop in Dubai.

I stayed for 7 hours going West. I was met at the gate which saves time. I had to be moved twice as air conditioners were poor. The hot water took SIX minutes to come through. Room service was fine and the room was ultimately clean and comfortable. They could lift their game I think.
