When they say Feast they mean BIG FEAST with a variety of Cuisines . We always looked up to the breakfast and dinner especially Thursday dinner (seafood Thursdays as they call it) Very Professional Chefs producing lovely foods and respectful Waiters at your service.
We stayed in the 2bed Apartment and trust me with kids alot of cleaning will be required and the Cleaners were always very professional and helpful especially on a night my daughter misplaced her tab and was searching for it, James Wamala and Oli Krishina were very nice as they helped my kids search as they cleaned.
Within the last year I and Family members have stayed here for 3months combined both for work and play, and not one person has had a bad experience.
Looking for a place to stay in Dubai for work or play, Sheraton Grand is the place for you.

I decided to spend a few weeks in Dubai to get away from the snow and cold of Washington DC. It was part remote working experiment, part site seeing adventure, and I chose this property over more celebrated locations in Dubai because it offered a combination of accommodations and price for the length of my stay-what an awesome choice. The hotel is closer to the downtown area, and less than 1 mile away from Burj Khalifa, Mall of the Emirates, and other sites of interest so I was much closer to a ton of activities than I had originally thought.
From the moment I checked in, the staff worked overtime to make my stay one of the best I've had during any of my travels. Every request I made was met with enthusiasm and a 'can-do' attitude. Everyone, from the Front Desk folks, to the Concierge staff was all smiles, and no matter what they were doing, took a minute to ask how my staff was going whenever I walked by. I told the staff I was working odd hours (Dubai is 9 hours ahead of DC so my work schedule was a tough), and transition), and everyone was very attentive to my needs to make sure my room was properly cleaned, and I had everything I needed each day. The staff (Prabin, Benedicte, Sinta, Zata, Muhammed, Yasser, Dinesh to name a few), took outstanding care of me, and I felt as if the entire staff was there just to make my time there enjoyable. There was nothing I asked for that someone didn't make sure I received, and Prabin even made sure to tell his coworkers to look out for me while he took a few days off. It was an amazing experience, and the hotel is very well run, and always spotless. There are more expensive hotels in Dubai, but I challenge anyone to tell me there is a better place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and booked an apartment. Everything was perfect; a special thanks to all the staff who have always been very kind and ready to respond to our requests, the room on the 49th floor was a real apartment, very large and comfortable, with a full kitchen, large living room, two bathrooms. The hotel's location is strategic to reach the main attractions in a few minutes. We can only give this hotel full marks, if we go back to Dubai we will definitely choose it again.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for approximately two months. The staff was very generous and helpful. Sohail from housekeeping made our stay extremely comfortable and clean. All the amenities were provided without any complaints and service is great. The hotel and staff took special care of COVID sensitive issues and disinfected the rooms daily. Highly recommend the hotel if you are planning to visit!

We stayed in Sheraton Grand Hotel for 3 nights and we chose to stay in this hotel for our wedding celebration. We were very happy with the services extended to us, especially from the Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and Concierge. Though we did not received any honeymoon amenities from the reception or guest services 😕 but the other departments did everything to convince us, that the property still really deserves to get more than a 5-star rating. 😇🥳🤩🎊❤️ A big shout out to everyone in The Feast; from the hostess, to the waiters, chefs and even managers, everyone is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hasseeb as the Star of the Hotel, did everything out of his way and took care of us the whole time we were dining in the restaurant. He is the perfect example of a staff doing the extra mile for his guest 😇👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you very much Hasseeb!! Mr. Frank and Milica was very accommodating as well for checking on us and ensuring that we were comfortable in our places.
Tumu and Dinesh from concierge was very helpful and patient with our luggage especially that we have to change room upon check in as we requested to have a non-connecting. Dipendra also from In Room Dining was very nice, prompt and efficient for every orders we have no matter what time of the day it is. A big thanks from Housekeeping for being so helpful with every requests we have and making sure our rooms are always clean whenever we come back in our room after a long tiring day.
There are a lot of hotels in Dubai but one thing that really makes the difference is the attitude of everyone towards every guest of any race and nationality. A simple gesture of thoughtfulness and smile always create a lasting impression and guaranteed to make every stay excellent and worthwhile. This was my second time in Sheraton and let me tell you I’m a huge brat when it comes to hotels. I’m very picky and the slightest inconvenience will annoy me. When I pay for a nice hotel I expect it to be very worth it. I’ve stayed at almost every luxury hotel in Dubai. Atlantis, all of the adress hotels, Armani, you name it. Sheraton has THE BEST service. Only one that can compare is mandarin but even that isn’t better. From checking in to leave if it’s always amazing. A very nice man named Ghoman or something like that (I’m so sorry I can’t remember) checked me in and was so nice to me, he gave me an upgrade to a suite & lounge access where I could get free food and drinks every evening while having amazing view. Rooms are amazing and they STACK the bathrooms like no other hotel I’ve ever been in, bottles of mouthwash, vanity kits, shaving kits, different lotions, dental kits, Loofah and they refill it every day, also they knock on your door a bunch of times every day to check on you if you need anything else. The people at the breakfast are so attentive. Coming to ask if you want more coffee, more juice, one guy even kept me company as much as he could as I was having breakfast alone giving me advice on what to do in Dubai and I told him I’m buying an apartment here and he gave me a bunch of advice on that too (ofc also checked a bunch of times if I was happy with my room and if I needed anything). They also have 24h concierge helping you book restaurants, beach clubs etc. this is also one of the few hotels that refunds you for the deposit on the spot when you check out, other hotels sometimes makes you wait weeks to get refunded. Btw get them to help you access the WiFi when checking in it can be a little tricky. Every single one of the staff in this hotel is amazing, no one lets you walk by then without them saying “hi, hope you have a nice day, hi good to see you” etc, they are so nice and you never feel like you’re unnoticed. Every hotel usually have at least one staff member that is not as nice but haven’t found one at Sheraton yet. Stay here if you’re in Dubai it’s a great location too and you really get a amazing price for an amazing experience it’s worth every penny. Looking forward to coming back

Last time I fried my rice by accident and luckily for me, it was time for housekeeping.
Atif helped me clean the pan,which was black inside, with different soap to remove all the stain before proceeding with the housekeeping tasks.
He talk sin a very polite and friendly way and make sure that all the rooms and the dishes are cleaned.
The security came right away to check if I was ok because they detected smoke from my room.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
Atif helped me clean the pan,which was black inside, with different soap to remove all the stain before proceeding with the housekeeping tasks.

Ghulam Mustafa engineer came to my room , there was a few problems in related to Hot plates the second layer of (hot plates) was not working . As an Elite Member I expect a higher position of service from the sales team .
Ghulam Mustafa is a very kind and talented gentleman who made sure all appliances, hot plates work in a good way. I expected a thorough check to have been done on the apartment before I checked in but right know Ghulam Mustafa fix the issues . He is a credit to this Sheraton property and I think some of staff should learn from Ghulam Mustafa. U deserved it.

My stay was about to finish before starting cause of a front disk employee named Luminate, she has a wax in ears (keep saying the same thing) without listening to me.
we sent an email to the hotel about payment, (to transfer money we paid from one room reservation to the other ) the hotel does not respond.
she kept saying you have to pay once more without even trying to check or let me show her the emails.
Contrary to her, a gentleman named Mr Shaaban, he listen to my case, consult his manager and came up with a solution, as long as my stay would last for 6 night and only one night payment is missing, he provided a room with a welcome drink, asking me gently to make sure that the payment issue would be solved before the end of my stay.
surprisingly, the hotel respond to our email after one hour from my checking in saying that it is OK for them to transfer the money.
someone like Luminata (I m not sure of the spelling of her name ) and I m not interested to know, reflects a negative image of a good hotel.
she may provide better service to the hotel somewhere but for sure not in the front disk

5 Star Exceptional Service, Amenities and Cleanliness!
I’ve written hundreds of reviews and believe in the power of feedback; I hope you find my review helpful.
I stayed here 4 nights on business. Too many positives to note:
>Location: Unless you want to be right on the beach, this is an excellent location for anything and everything on your Dubai itinerary. The metro is in walking distance as well and the best way to visit the World Expo between now and March 2022 with its very own metro stop. If the World Expo is high on your list, this is a perfect location for the ease of visiting via the metro.
>Cleanliness and Covid protocols: You will find this hotel very clean and well
maintained as well as its team following all protocols from check-in to check-out.
>Rooms: You will find Rooms comfortable with great beds, great water pressure in the shower, great wifi, international sockets to plug in all your devices without a converter and of course, immaculate cleanliness.
>Breakfast: Absolutely something for everyone with deliciously made following food safe practices that go above and beyond. This might slow down your breakfast a little as they have to serve you things from the buffet, but rest assured, your food will be delicious and safe to eat. As a restaurant industry professional, I was impressed: and that’s not easy to do. Don’t see something? Just ask… the team goes out of their way to exceed your expectations.
>Executive Lounge: For your Marriott Members with status, the Executive Lounge on 31st floor is a treat! Great views, exceptional service and a great happy hour daily from 6-8 pm with hot snacks, adult beverages and some dessert.
The General Manager, Anna, has done a great job developing a team that executes at a high level with positive energy and intentionality. Well done, Anna!

I have their accounts address as they emailed my invoice from the same which is Billing . SheratonGrand @ sheraton . com. I think you can replace 'billing' with 'reservations' and try or maybe send email to same address as well and they will pass it on to the concerned department. The pool is open from 7am to 9 pm.
