We have stayed over various hotels but it tops the list with incredibly awesome experience right from the entry till the departure. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and experience was shared equally by all 3 families.
The interior of the suites were very soothing and subtle. The view of Burj Khalifa from Dining area of the suites, coffee shop and club lounge was completely a different experience that added a next level to our stay. Club lounge experience was superb and gesture of Mr. SIDDHANT & ANIS were remarkable. Their equation with the kids was phenomenal and made the kids enjoy the lounge to the fullest.
Another remarkable example of TAJ hospitality was exclusive arrangement of pure veg food requested at the time of check in which was made available at every place of dining. Chef was so accommodating to prepare the food out of menu.
Entire view from 34th Floor suite was such breathtaking that we didn't feel to go to Burj Khalifa specially to watch the lighting.
To and fro shuttle service for Dubai mall was an appreciable effort adding to the hospitality.
Few name to mention without whom this experience couldn't have been such memorable; - Mr. Siddhant and Mr. Anis at Club Lounge - Mr. Shiv at breakfast - Experience at BOMBAY BRASSIRE (names forgotten) - Ms. Maria and Shweta at Front Desk - Mr. Harpal at the Porch (The Jovial guy)
Lastly the housekeeping crew making the rooms and even folding the clothes tidily which gave a feel good factor.
This experience of suites at the TAJ Dubai was incomparable and would recommend to all to have this experience at least once.
3 Suggestions; - TV Trolly/ Chester was not complimenting the interiors and giving the oldish look - Sound system attached to TV should be upgraded to Bose or something better. - Should have games for kids aged 10-15 years

I stayed at Taj Dubai 4 nights. My visit to Dubai was official.
On arrival I was given a personal attention and my luggage was handled very professionally. Check-in was a breeze and took just 2 min for the formalities. Room was very comfortable and spacious. All amenities were there, yet the room service knocked the door to ask, if I need anything more.
From second day of my stay I felt the room was arranged to a certain style that I felt was personalised, may be the room service person observed my likings and arranged things accordingly. Breakfast spread was good and they served different cuisines, including South Indian delicacies. A pleasant surprise for me was that most staff at the restaurant had knowledge about different allergic food and served alternatives if we reported any allergy or food intolerances.
The gym facility was adequately equipped. Hotel has a free shuttle service between hotel and Dubai Mall frequently. Taxis were found all the time in front of hotel.
Overall the stay at Taj Dubai was a good and pleasant experience.

I stayed for 10 days in Taj Dubai Downtown. Great pool and gym facilities! Perfect location 5 minute taxi drive to Dubai mall and a short 5/10 minute walk to Dubai metro for very cheap links to the rest of Dubai! Concierge service helped with guiding to nearby hospitals for covid tests and also booked taxi to Abu Dhabi, very helpful! Dhansukh from house keeping did an excellent job cleaning the room everyday, he was very attentive and friendly and always made sure I was happy with the room and my stay. He always offered rose petal baths and bed decorations along with fresh fruit for breakfast. Thank you very much Dhansukh! Luggage was taken to and from the room and stored whilst waiting for taxi upon exit. Couldn’t have asked for a better service! Would definitely stay again.

Booked a 4 night stay in a Taj Club room via the Taj Innercircle website after my husband suggested it (he had stayed there during a business trip) and never regretted it! What an outstanding luxury hotel this is! Arrival and check-in was very swift, immediately presented with a lovely tulsi mala (this garland brings the wearer good luck and fortune) and handed a refreshing drink. The tulsi mala brought us good luck indeed: we were given an absolutely stunning upgrade and are still in awe about when looking at the pictures. Our luxury Burj view suite on the 26th floor was a dream: spacious, luxury, clean, and with a stunning view at the Burj Khalifa and a city view. The room was decorated with balloons as it had been my birthday a few days earlier, such a lovely gesture. Upon return one evening, there was even a little cake, so nice. The room is well stocked with amenities (f.e Molton Brown toiletries, bottled water etc) and if extra is needed, simply call housekeeping. The club floor is worth the extra money and the staff is superb, so helpful. Thanks again, Carolin, Sapna, Sarthak, Ibrahim and Meghanath for your outstanding service! Breakfast was buffet style at Tesoro, with also the possibility to sit outside. Yummy food and plenty of choice but can be very crowded so we preferred coming early. If you book a club room, breakfast is also available at the club lounge but we love to sit outside so only enjoyed breakfast at the lounge once, just before we went for a desert safari. The club lounge has a lovely outside terrace by the way but we did not use that for having breakfast. For diner there are various options but we only ate at the hotel once at the Bombay Brasserie. This Indian restaurant is an absolute must! Nice atmosphere and scrumptious Indian food. Thank you Anass for being such a lovely host :-)) Pool area is great with plenty of loungers and cabanas but when you visit in December like we did, sun will be gone early so if you would like to catch some sunrays, go early. Make sure you have a drink or little dance at the TreeHouse which has a stunning Burj view and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely outdoor terrace! The Eloquent Elephant is worth a vist too, we sipped some wine on the outdoor terrace.
What a lovely, luxury, spotless, well maintained and super friendly city hotel the Taj Dubai is ❤️ We will certainly recommend it to others and hope to return some time. Once again, a big thank you to all staff and Mr Ranjit Phillipose for making my birthday stay in December so extremely special.

One of my favorite things while traveling is when a hotel knows your name, learns your preferences over the course of the stay. The Taj Dubai did both, and quite quickly. I have a tendency to eat in the hotel quite often when I travel, whether that be room service, or a hotel restaurant. In terms of food selection, The Taj Dubai offers a wide array of quality foods that kept my tastebuds satisfied. In the process, in-room dining learned what I liked and disliked, and made suggestions while on the phone with them. This made me feel as though I was living in the building and had gotten to know the staff.
The lobby staff often greeted me by name as I came and went from the hotel. They were very helpful in making suggestions, arranging activities, and giving advice on options throughout the stay. The housekeeping staff were always there if needed, and response times were 30 minutes or less, with 30 minutes being the maximum it took for room service and housekeeping services.
This was also the first time I've used a hotel laundry service, and they brought my shirts back freshly laundered and pressed on Taj Dubai wood hangars, wrapped in plastic.
The room was large and expansive. I did book a suite, but the rate per square foot at Taj Dubai was very competitive, and the room in all of its 1668 sq ft (155 sqm) offered sweeping and massive views of the Burj Khalifa. There is nothing quite like going to bed with floor to ceiling window-scapes of the massive buildings in downtown Dubai, and waking up with the sun glistening off of the huge buildings right in front of you. The hotel is situated just far enough from downtown Dubai to give and excellent view of the fountain area around Burj Khalifa (though you can't see the fountain itself).
I travel solo, but I book suites because I want to feel at home, away from home. The Grand Burj View Luxury Suite offered me this exact feeling, and the staff made me feel like they've known me quite some time. The hotel was modern, without being overbearing and cold, and kept themes of India artistically mixed with modern amenities and design. The food at the hotel was amazing, whether you are ordering Indian, Thai, Chinese, or Western cuisine. I would highly recommend this hotel as an option for anyone traveling to Dubai.

We had a wonderful stay here, the location, food and the staff was superfriendly. The rooms had top notch cleaners who made them look as good as new each time, atleast the one cleaner in charge of our room was amazingly friendly( His name is Dhansukh). Recently stayed for our first wedding anniversary, and where do I start?
On arrival we were greated by a charming host, and given a traditional Indian blessing which was very welcoming. The hotel is spotlessley clean and smells incredible in the reception when you first enter.
I emailed early to inform of the occasion we would be celebrating and the hotel went above and beyond to accomadate our stay. On the first night our host had a small cake and gift bought to the room along with a card with a lovely hand written message.
Breakfast was very good with a broad selection to choose from. My wife in particular loved the eggs bennidict.
On our second day we went to Dubai opera for the afternoon and to both mine and my wifes suprise the room had been made up with rose petals on the bed and a celebration banner hung in the room. They had also run a bath that happened to be at the perfect temperature on our arrival back whithout me having notifying what time the opera was expected to finish.
Highly recommended, especailly for that special occasion

Visited with my wife and little boy and was left rather disappointed considering the 5 star rating.
Firstly the hotel is not cleaned or maintained well, on arrival our suite was still being cleaned when we entered to room which is not overly professional. The room had a terrible damp smell which I believe if from the soil stack vents in the bathrooms, the bathroom was grotty and not cleaned well, as were other areas of our suite such as coffee stains on doors, smelly bedding and pillows and dusty chairs. The beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa is ruined by the filthy windows which are not easy to see out of. We also had dirty water.
We reported to the operator and left the room so they could clean again, despite showing photos of the areas needing attention they were not improved - remarkably the photos enclosed in this review were taking after this second clean - I thought I would give them benefit of doubt before writing a negative review by an acceptable standard of cleaning could mot even be managed on the second occasion.
Our room was on the 19th floor and over the weekend they have brunches, thudding music went on until about 1am which is not ideal if you want to sleep, I was surprised we could hear this from our floor but we could - you also need to contend with drunken idiots in the communal areas and lifts, one of whom found it amusing to punch the lift controls.
The pool area is lovely but unfortunately poorly maintained, the service around the pool is non existent and the area is not cleaned (see photo of dirty bar from which they were serving drinks from). Bird mess on the dining chairs and tables isn’t cleaned up and the sun lounges are not sanitised after use which is surprising as every other hotel in Dubai is doing this at present.
The service in the restaurants was good although not enough for us to want to return to this hotel.
Poor overall.

One of the best hotels we have been to, the level of service and courtesy of the staff is excellent, the hotel is clean and equipped to a high standard, the food is very tasty, the rooms are huge. I have only good things to say and I have no doubt I will return to this hotel! Thank you to all the hotel staff, thanks to you Dubai was perfect for us! As soon as we arrived we were served cold drinks, which upgraded us to a room in front of the Burj Khalifa because we were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday, in the room there were balloons and cake, roses in the bath. Taxis were always waiting for us at the hotel, the service people opened the door for us, in the dining room we were served custom-made meals in the bathroom there was a shaving kit, toothbrushes, toothpastes, conditioner shampoo and soap highly recommended !!!

We recently stayed here for three days prior to a cruise and found it very good indeed. As its name depicts it has Indian roots. But don't be put off in any way. It is a lovely well run hotel, spotlessly clean with very efficient and friendly staff who will do everything they can to assist you and make your stay enjoyable. No better example is Harpal the wonderful doorman who is a credit to the hotel. His bright friendly personality shone out every time came and went. The rooms are spacious, well stocked with all you need and a generous supply of bottled water is provided. the restaurant / breakfast area is high up and has an wonderful outside balcony overlooking the Burj Khalifi. Plus attached to the hotel is the Eloquent Elephant restaurant which is well worth a look. Finally its location is ideal to explore downtown Dubai.

The restaurants I dined at varied, people dressed smart casual or even a little dressier but unless dining at a 5 star restaurant it’s a very smart casual city.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
