Stayed at Jaguar hostel for what was supposed to be three but became seven nights! Found it extremely relaxing and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The hostel is located only 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants/bars and supermarket are about 3 minutes away. You can also catch a 15 minute bus to Concon where you can...

If there was such a thing as a 5 star hostel this would be it. Everything looked shinny, new and working. Ricardo was a great host. Breakfast top notch. Very well located, walking distance from everything important at Viña. It's so confortable and tidy that it lacks that "hostel feel". But that's not necessarily a thing to dislike. For couples...

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very helpful with tips and information about the area and the beds were comfortable. Very clean and a great kitchen area to use. In the evenings there was always someone playing at least one instrument and some nice singing. Very party like social atmosphere that made this place a five star review...

This place it's amazing! Very comfortable, no expensive and they make you feel at home. His owners are very friendly. They share barbecues with the guests at summer nights and create an impressive enviroment!

I had a great time at the Jaguar Hostel, because both the staff and the owner himself go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Literally nothing is too much to ask and everything is done with a smile. For example: I was having a chat with someone I met there and we wanted a glass...

Comfortable room, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in the single room (which can easily house two). Only thing to improve comfort would be to have carpets in the room, however I went during the winter and they are probably not there to make Summer easier to bear. Didn't see too many other travellers since I travelled off-season....

Was a nice place to stay for a few days. The elephant room is pretty quiet, has tv, good bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the hosts are very helpful with advice on things to do. It's also only a few blocks from the strip of restaurants and bars and close to the beach!! (p.s. eat at Diego Pizza!!!...

There is an irish proverb that says "There are no such things as strangers, just friends we haven't met". This hostel might as well hang this saying over every room in their house. Walking in there is an immediate sense of warmth and hospitality, as if I had come to stay in the house of a friend. But the hospitality...

Ricardo immediately made us feel at home. The room was comfortable, clean. Wi-fi and tv's were nice amenities for a hostel. The living room with the fireplace was wonderful. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and hanging out after a day exploring Vina. Breakfast was spot on. Great value, great location and a good nights sleep. Perfecto Ricardo!
