I had a great time at the hostel on Christmas Eve. The location and staff were excellent and they allowed me to check in early after an overnight flight. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Vina del Mar.

The hostel located in the center of Vina Del Mar. There is a starbucks 3 blocks away and McDonalds 4 blocks away. It is just 15 min away from the beach. The hostel itself is clean and the workers there will help you a lot. And tgey speak English !

A nice hostel with good breakfast and friendly staff. However, our room was above the reception and it was very noisy at night, the staff were playing loud music outside after midnight and didn't turn it down even when asked.

We are 3 travelers who booked 2 nights in this hostel, but run away after the first one. Because 2 guys of 3 got the bites from small bed bugs and got scratching present. I think you guys know who is writing this review, as we showed you the allergy made from your bedding bugs. Still have to drink medicine and put cream on the skin. So i hope that you will clean all your rooms, beds and mattresses. Overall hostel is nice, it is quite, have nice garden, good staff and good breakfast comparing with other chilean hostels. I am putting rating terrible for everyone to read our experience, as no one reads 3-5* ratings.

Stayed here with 10 friends over a long weekend. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the room was quiet, cute and comfy. Breakfast was ok; bread, jam, tea etc. The courtyard space is wonderful, a really nice place to hang out in the day or at night. Great service, you can rent towels from the hostel and also buy drinks (for example a bottle of wine at 2.500 pesos (£2.50!). Location was perfect, a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk from bars, restaurants and two nightclubs. All in all a great stay, better than other places I have stayed in Vina. Would highly recommend.

The rooms aren't that great/big but the atmosphere is great and the beers are cheap! Definitely come here if you want to make some friends. A lot of young people stay in the hostel, the staff is very friendly and will help you out whenever you're in need!

This was a really great hostel with clean rooms and cleans toilets/bath. The breakfast was the usual south american breakfast with a lot of sugar ;-) I really enjoyed the little outdoor space, where you can just chill in the sun and have a chat with the other visitors. The staff was so sweet and really helpful. The hostel is located a little walk from the beach, restaurants and clubs.

Great hostel, good rooms and cleaning. It's also strategically placed just 2 blocks away from a supermarket, and to some bars/discos. It's also close to the casino if you're looking to gamble. Staff is great as well!

I went here with a friend and really liked the place. The rooms aren't special, the beds are clean and the bathrooms are so-so. But the vibe in the hostel is great! The staff is extremely helpful and they organize cheap and fun activities, which you definitely must join to get to know the other people who stay there. Loved it!

I did like this hostel. I'm just thinking some things could be improved. I liked the breakfast offered, though the clanging of the spoons in the cups of everyone stirring their coffees right outside my room was slightly annoying, it did wake me up but i was able to ignore it. Lockers were provided, maybe could be a bit bigger. The common areas both inside and outside were fairly cozy and comfortable. I lacked proper clothing to hang out outside as it was chilly, but inside was nice. Entrance is sort of easy to miss, with just a small sign hanging from a wall overhead so look carefully. The latch system to open the gate is kind of comical as it's a string that runs the length of the property back to the office, which I liked very much and thought it was pretty creative. There are dogs inside that seem to live there which is not a problem as long as you dont mind them. The droppings that were not removed did lend a bit of a stench in the area I was keeping my motorcycle, so maybe cleaning that up more diligently would be cool.…
