Great location to most places of interest in Ann Arbor. Great rates in the off season. Parking not an issue with valet service included in the rate. Breakfast buffet in the adjoining restaurant was sparse but tasty.

It would have been nice if the bell boy had carried my heavy suitcase up the few steps leading tomthe elevator. No, he disappeared. There Imwas with a big, heavy suitcase fighting my way to the elevator. The receptionist was professional but a bit difficult tomunderstand for a foreigner. The chamber maid was kind, efficient, smiling.

I am very sorry that our valet was not available to assist with your luggage. We try our hardest to assist each guest and there are times when the valet is assisting another guest and is not able to be in two places at once. Again, I am sorry we were not there to assist you but I will make... More

Ended up traveling alone last minute, asked them to give me smaller cheaper room with one bed. When I got there I was escorted to a very tiny pretty dark room with window onto the alley. Figured I'd gotten my wish. But they still charged me close to $280/night for that cave! Shower only, no tub. No mini fridge. No... More

The Bell Tower is a great choice for anyone who's spending time in downtown Ann Arbor. I was there with a group of friends for a special event and the BT was a great choice. It is walking distance from everything downtown and their staff is courteous and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was also much appreciated.

Service was great and noticed staff was there to open doors upon arriving back and forth to the hotel. Over a stay of 3 days, it was good to see this service was consistently back and much appreciated.

The Bell Tower Hotel is still the best choice for lodging in central Ann Arbor. The location cannot be beat, the staff is friendly and well-trained, and now that the new Eve Restaurant is fully installed next door the hotel is consummately convenient. This hotel has always been a gem—quirky, small & in the heart of the U of M... More

The Bell Tower Inn is such a lovely property -- small, elegant, focused on service. Perfect for attending our son's recent graduation. (And you can't beat the location.) Our king suite room was very comfortable.

Went back to U of M for graduation weekend. Staying at the Bell Tower in the center of the University was very convenient. Close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The new restaurant, EVE's, was wonderful. Go Blue!
