Fantastic experience, every amenity you could possibly want, great breakfast and the room was amazing. We loved all of the creative touches. Close to restaurants and campus, I would absolutely stay here again.

I spent 1 week here with my boyfriend in July of 2015. The atmosphere of this place is very relaxed and easy going. The hosts were warm, friendly and very helpful in arranging a smooth transfer from the B&B to the airport. The breakfast quiches served at this location are amazingly tasty. We had a fantastic time and I can...

The property is lovely - nothing to complain about. There are snacks, sodas, even DVDs. Everything is clean. The room we were in was great, complete with functional kitchen. The staff / owners are super friendly and experience goes above expectations. Recommended to everyone.

This is a great location. It was surprisingly quiet right on the busy street. The rooms are clean, attractive, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, helpful. I definitely plan to visit again.

Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast was our first stop on our mini-honeymoon. We stayed in Ann Arbor because it was the first place we ever visited together and we had a great time. This was our visit to Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast, however, and the place and location was perfect. It sits snug immediately off of the university campus....

We stopped here for the night on our way home to west virginia from Wisconsin. We were very happy with our choice! Very clean, charming, and such friendly people. Great location to so many restaurants and shops in Ann Arbor! When we checked in they upgraded our room to a suite! After a long day of driving this place sure...

When you stay at a bnb you expect a cozy atmosphere with gracious hosts and a place you can relax and unwind. This is not that place. If you are interested in being berated, belittled, and having generally uncomfortable and awkward social interactions with the host, then this is your spot. If not, I suggest a hotel or the other...

I regret that the guest had an unpleasant encounter with the person overseeing our bed and breakfast while the owner was out of town. This was extremely unusual and unfortunate. There is nothing we value more highly than ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

If you're not watching you will drive right by this little gem. We had the Ocean View Suite and it was wonderful. People were very nice and room was very nice and clean. We were very surprised, impressed and pleased all at the same time. Do not put off coming here, it was a GREAT experience!!!
