Staying at the Burnt Toast Inn was PERFECT for my quick visit to Ann Arbor! Sarah welcomed me & shared her charming home: open kitchen stocked with drinks & other goodies and comfy living room. I stayed in the 2nd floor purple room & used the hall bathroom, which is beautifully updated with big walk-in shower & toiletries. There were...

Just got back from a one night stay at the Burnt Toast Inn and now I am wishing we stayed longer. The place was so adorable, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so comfy. I loved all the little extras too - yummy baked goods available in the kitchen and upstairs hall & chocolate treats in the room....

I stayed here for a business trip and enjoyed myself! The room was clean, the hostess was super nice, and the breakfast was plentiful! I was amused by the rock shaped soap, and the double headed shower heads! Just keep in mind you are not alone in the B&B. You can hear what others are doing in their rooms, and...

Thank you so much for your kind words and I am so glad you stayed with us and it was GOOD.. I usually just email directly to the kind folks who write reviews but I could not figure out your name. Your hint is PL and February but to no avail.. At any rate, hope you come again and you...

We have stayed at The Burnt Toast Inn three times in the past three months. I daughter and her family have moved to Ann Arbor and we wanted to find a B&B property that we would want to stay in while visiting. Boy, did we hit the Jack Pot! Sarah makes her guests feel like you are visits and an...

Went to this bed and breakfast as an impromptu New Years getaway. Sarah was a gracious and generous hostess! We stayed in the Attic Room, the bathroom with the heated floors were amazing. Breakfasts were delicious with extra loving touches. Great location within walking distance to downtown!

This is kind of a quirky place and may not be for everyone, but we thought it was fabulous--maybe our favorite B&B ever. The very friendly though not intrusive owner has traveled all over the world collecting quality folk art; it's tastefully displayed everywhere; she also has a very large collection of art and design books available to guests. I...

We had a great visit from the time we arrived. The place was very accommodating and cozy rooms. I would come again the next time we are in town. It was very convenient to walk to explore Michigan campus and all the great shops and restaurants. Great spot!

We stayed at the Washington House and thoroughly enjoyed our room with King bed and the spacious bathroom. Wish we had more time to fully appreciate the huge yard! The house has a nice living room and a spectacular kitchen! Allison was so gracious in serving us breakfast--nothing was overlooked! Within walking distance of downtown, the location is perfect. There...

I can't say enough about this B & B. My sisters and I have stayed in countless B & B's on our annual sister trip, and the Burnt Toast Inn tops them all. The location is a few blocks from downtown Ann Arbor on a quiet residential street. I've stayed in three different rooms, and I've been satisfied with all...
