Expensive, but pet friendly. Our room had 2 sagging double beds, but were fairly comfortable. Some heavier curtains are in order, by 6:30 a.m. the sun was shining brightly into our room. Took forever to figure out how the shower worked: you have to pull down on the ring under the tap; we'd never seen anything like it before. Walls...

We stay here frequently and never have an issue. It is very laid back, the pool is nice, the rooms are just fine. We often visit family in the area and come up from the Brighton area. I love that we are able to bring our small dog. We have never had an issue. Once when we came up, the...

My fiance and I stayed at the motel for a family reunion. The air conditioning was broken in our room and there was no other room available the first night. They provided us with two fans to combat the July heat. My fiance has a heart condition, and the heat exacerbated her condition to the point of borderline suffering. The...

Terrible stay. Lazy employees. Horrible "breakfast" Over priced rooms with holes in the bedding and curtains, cold shower, and very loud. Definitely not worth the price for the lousy room. Definitely will be staying at another local hotel from now on that has much better rates, cleaner rooms, and friendly staff

Watch your step when using the bathrooms. The owner of the motel installed a high gloss vinyl flooring in the bathrooms that has a very high slip risk when wet. His employees will admit to many falls by their guests but the owner refuses to change the flooring. Someone is going to die during the simple act of using the...

This motel was very clean & comfortable. In a cute little town. Nice & quiet. Very reasonably priced. As it is in a rural setting in upper Michigan, there are many outdoor activities available. We will go back there if in the area.

The hotel staff has been not only amazingly accommodating of our needs, but also very intuitive, finding ways to make our stay more pleasant before we even ask. I don't think I've ever had this kind of friendly and helpful assistance at a hotel before, it is more like what I'd expect at a nice B&B. And the rooms are...

I've stayed here several times while visiting family. The hotel is nothing special. The best thing is the indoor pool. The rooms are clean and the pool is nice. However, sometimes the service leaves something to be desired. There are 2 older women who will do absolutely anything and everything to make your stay enjoyable. There is a teenage girl...

Nice quite place to stay. Mattress and TV's could use an up grade. I like the pool being open 24hr's. would like to see a little better continental breakfast set up and better options. Over all good place to stay. Great resturant down the street to the north on 33 is a nice place called the "DinnerTable".
