I recently returned from a convention at this facility. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but the food was fantastic for the convention. The steak they served for the final banquet was to die for! I was in one of the recently remodeled rooms, and they did a superb job with the renovations. The water still comes out of the...

Terrible experience. This resort has the worst customer service, I do not even think they train their employees! Not only were the front desk staff rude they were incompetent. Not a single smile or greeting from a single resort staff. The woman in the spa, where you go to relax, was taking her bad day out on everyone and used...

We have an annual ladies Hunting Widow weekend and this year we stayed at Fairmont. Good rates, enjoyed the view and of course soaking in the hot springs. We were on the third floor. Walls are pretty thin, clean and comfortable. Feels upscale.

This is an older resort that has undergone some updating, but is not by any means a high-end destination (although the prices say otherwise). However, the pools are great for family fun, with lots of different depths, inside and out. We also found the front desk and housekeeping staff to be very friendly. Some take-aways that I got from this...

I have been here many times with decent customer service, polite people and willing to allow us late checkout. However, my husband and I were here with friends this past weekend and had some poor service at both the diner and in our room. Our shower was cold, tub did not drain and water pressure was minimal (keeping in mind...

We had a great stay at this resort with our kids and grandkids. The accommodations were very nice and staff was very helpful. We booked one of the rooms with a full kitchen which helped with keeping enough food for our crew without breaking the bank. The restaurant was very nice and the food was very good. Service was a...

Enjoyed my stay until the 2nd day when I was working out in the fitness center and was constantly interrupted by an employee's spouse with unwanted commentary concerning politics. He even changed the channel I was watching. As a paying customer who came here for business and to enjoy Fairmont, I find it a bad idea to have the help's...

We stayed overnight with our 8 year old grandson. The pools and surroundings are excellent. Good number of lifeguards. There are a variety of shaded or sunny places to sit. There is a long covered water slide, but it does not detract. Lots of plants. Nice little poolside bar area. The room was very nice. There are choices of restaurants....

Fairmont Hot Springs was great! We went as a family and enjoyed soaking in the pools. It was very relaxing and we had great weather. The life guards were on the prowl and we felt very safe having our two year old there. My husband enjoyed the steam shower in the locker room. My favorite thing was the little zoo...
