The place has a cold atmosphere. Room was small and "unfriendly". Breakfast was minimal and nothing special. No elevator. For what they charge, the place does not offer enough. Everything is basic. All in all OK but not more. I would not go back there.

It is a little bit away from the main tourist street, usually all the nice hotels are along the lake front which gives you nice view of the lakes and this one, you have to walk a little bit uphill but not too far. It is clean and bright at the lobby and there is no elevator, so need to...

Not sure why this hotel is 3 star. I would have appreciated a bath mat and somewhere to hang my towel. Room servicing was erratic, done differently each day. I got a small room, as I had the Peru Hop rate. Breakfast was very plentiful, hot drinks, juice, eggs, bread, pancake, fruit, yoghurt and a cereal. Wifi was erratic but...

Our room was clean and very big. We had hot water although the shower wasnt fantastic- the shower head sprayed water all over the batroom floor and there was no shower screen. We had floor to ceiling windows which were great but it got very hot in the morning. Wifi was patchy. Breakfast was nice- even included pancakes and the...

Great basic hotel - we stayed two nights here at this hotel with a one night visit to Isla del Sol in the middle. It was a great base hotel, they let us store our luggage free of charge. We stayed on the 1st & 3rd floor - both rooms were spacious & had big windows, letting in a lot...

Sometimes, you look back at something and you're really at a loss to remember much at all. That is the way I feel about the Perla del Lago. That means it wasn't great, but it also wasn't terrible. It was just OK. Nothing stuck out. Well, I won't say nothing -- My great memory of it was the floor to...

Stayed a night here a couple of nights ago. Rooms were basic, but needed updating. Shower was hot, but clumsy cheap aluminum shower door. Beds were pretty comfortable and had plenty of blankets as it was cold and there is no heating. Breakfast was just above board with typical bread and jelly. But they had good coffee and fresh fruit...

The room was clean , the bathroom not as clean and a bit grimy (and I have stayed in some pretty grotty places). It just needs a bit more attention to detail. However the bed was comfy, and I felt it wasn't very noisy, contrary to the previous reviews- it is a bustling town! The breakfast had a wide selection...

The hotel is clean. We had a comfortable room at the 1st floor. Bathroom was OK. Breakfast is not a buffet but it is served. Quantities are OK. We asked for more bread, butter and Jam, no problem. As many hotels i Copacabana, it is a little bit noisy. Well located in the city center, not too far from the...
