hotel Cortez was a nice hotel very near to downtown, rooms had a good bed and decent bathroom. There is an o site restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch and dinner. We ate once and it was good. I can recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is Clean, Good, Safe and in the City Centre of Santa Cruz. The staff are English Speaking and offered great help since I did not speak Spanish. They guided me well to my Business place and made me stay comfortable in Santa Cruz. Shall again stay here in my next visit.

This hotel is a high end hotel that could be anywhere. It does have some local detailing but I could be on any continent and be in the exact same environment. I give it four stars because it is a good place, it is just not my style. We arrived walked in and it is what we expected. There is...

Hotel Cortez is a fine place to stay in not-so-much-touristy-stuff-to-do Santa Cruz. Our room (for 3) was located in their older (2 level) wing, which seemed to undergoing a little renovation during the day. Since the hotel didn't seem overly crowded, I have to wonder why they didn't give us a room in their high-rise wing. Regardless, our room was...

Hotel is well located, close to restaurants area and places to hang out. Easy to get from airport. The old building has bigger rooms than the new one. Service was good. Has a big lobby, with beautiful crafted wooden columns and beams; also has a lovely inner garden.

Good quality for the price. A little old but functional. The AC works just fine and the rooms are clear and clean. Nice breakfast. It is quite near (walking distance) to restaurant area, and easy to get to when coming from the airport. Never used the pool.

I stayed there for 05 days. My room was 675 on the 7th floor. The bed was clean and comfortable, except for the pillows, because I used to sleep with flat pillows and they weren´t flat at all. The bathroom is spacious, the shower has a lot of pressure, the towels are clean, but one day one of them smelled...

This definitely is not a five stars hotel, it's a three without any doubt. The gym is terrible, two cheap running machines and two cheap bikes. Additional some very light weights (just dumbbells) The room has a terrible decor, with those cheap white lights and tile floors. The bathroom smells bad with some very old towels. The fridge didn't work....

We travel to Bolivia at least once per year and always leave from Santa Cruz. This was my first stay at this hotel and it was great. We stayed in the new tower. Nice size room, comfy beds, very clean and with a huge new walk-in shower with a rain head and lots of pressure! The air conditioner was also...
