I don't know what is worse the hotel or the owner/manager that runs this dump! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. Nothing is clean in this hotel. They have prostitutes and crack heads staying here. The manager is always calling cops on his customers. He also fights with customers and tries to have them kicked out and takes their deposit. This place has to be shutdown asap. The city needs to close them down for unhealthy environment. So gross and disgusting. Why does NJ allow this hotel to run?

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to be but I wanted to talk to someone about this trip, hotel accommodations horrible, left early, checked out this morning @ 8:30am, planned on leaving tomorrow, manager/owner stand-offish, really didn't seem to care about our simple requests for an ashtray (they don't stock the smoking rooms with them as they are stolen) I would of packed one if I knew that, had to go to store to buy one AND no internet, had to call him on three separate accommodations and still no internet, he said none of his other guests were complaining, honestly there was only one other car in the parking lot on our side, didn't say anything about multiple other small things (he didn't wear a mask, broken outlet, no phone, rusty refrigerator, toilet that sounded like it was going to explode every time you flush, 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no replacement, empty tissues etc...) Asked for a refund for tonight he refused saying non refundable, didn't understand why he asked for a $20 cash deposit, if that was posted somewhere I totally missed it

For the low price of $30 I got hot water and sound proof walls. That is about it. My mom woke up itching from what we assume are bed bugs, our blackout curtain was see through, the lamps were broken (outlets, too), the towels were worn to the threads and one of them stained brown, the walls and tub were grimy, the table crooked and broken, the cups were not wrapped in plastic, we did not have enough toilet paper, no kleenex, the smell of marijuana non-stop (we had to wash our hair and clothes before we could get rid of the smell on us), and the manager was rude. We were denied early check in, that’s fine, but my disabled father had requested a bottom floor room and by the time we came back after real check-in time, magically all bottom floors were already booked. No cancellation considered. The free “breakfast” was more like a one bite muffin. Unless you’re trying to teach a spoiled child to appreciate a good hotel room, do NOT stay here.
