It's not a luxury hotel. You get what you pay for, so I wasn't expecting luxury; it met my needs though. Beds were creaky but I slept okay. Definitely bring shower shoes. The shower curtain had duct tape holding it to the hooks, toilet seat had stains on the underside... Again, no luxury. Six miles from the boardwalk, and a nice view of the marina hotels and boardwalk hotels from the second floor. The front desk man was super nice, smiley and helpful. Like I said, u get what u pay for, it wasn't bad. Good location though.

This was one of the worst motels i've ever stayed at : 1) the front door didnt work right--had to gigglle it to getit opened; 2) micro wave, coffee machine, radio DID Not work. Too many people coming and going and especially when my front door was not working properly---I really felt I was in too deep. and my safety. their idea of a continental breakfast was hand given only one wrapped store bought Danish and either coffee or tea.

We stayed just one night .It is a couple of minutes drive from Atlantic City. The one almost good thing was that the sheets were clean and crispy. Almost because one of the pillowcases looked used. At first glance the motel looked ok. The reception area was anything but welcoming with dirty door window, strong turmericish smell, unorganized with poor quality photos and poor decoration. The receptionist was nice. Check-in took a long time. The furniture in the room was old. The appliances were old and shabby. Coffeemaker's decanter was missing. There were no cups. Phone was very dusty. Lamps were dusty and falling apart. Beds comfort was ok. The bathroom had only two towels even though we had two queen beds for four people. Air conditioning was good. My husband is not picky but the coffee was undrinkable even for him. In short this place needs a serious upgrade and they should change the name because it wasn't even close to royal.

I booked a hotel with free breakfast included. First is more a motel than a hotel. Got there at about 4:00pm and saw the dirty coffee mug there still from the morning inside the office in a small table. I sweared I would never take any breakfast from there and I didn’t so that was extra money there. When I finally went to the bedroom it was dirty in terms of really poor cleaning conditions. After that I called other places but they were booked so we stayed. The goods of it: it was the nearest motel in Absecon to Atlantic City. In other conditions I would never stayed there.
