Lovely hotel in a perfect location - quiet, yet less than 10 mins walk into town where you can find bars, restaurants and shops. A beautiful garden and pool area! Very friendly and helpful staff who were happy to provide tourist info and arrange trips, currency exchange and all sorts. Although one of their "approved" tuk tuk drivers tried his...

We were recommended the Sonalong by friends who have stayed there previously. It fits the bill in all respects and is excellent value for money. The room was great, service was great, breakfast was OK, if not special. Pool and surrounding area also excellent. Would happily stay there again - nice place to relax following a morning trip to the...

Lovely rooms; clean, spacious and comfortable, although the bed was a bit hard. Free water is provided which is definitely needed! Great pool with shade (which you need in 37 degree heat). Food was average, and it would have been good to have staff at the bar rather than going to reception to order a drink. Fantastic location to town,...

Loved our stay here and would recommend and return to this oasis in a heartbeat! Very quiet, lovely gardens and pool area, private large rooms with patio or balcony. Non obtrusive but helpful staff. Easy walk to Pub street.

We were told about Sonalong from a friend and are so grateful, this is a little oasis in a great location close to town. The staff, rooms, service and food is amazing. The pool is surrounded by gardens that have to be seen. The best thing about this amazing hotel is its family owned and run and they can't do...
