Arrived in Siem Reap just before midnight and was picked up at the airport by the hotel shuttle and a very genial hotel representative. All smiles and warmth. Got to the hotel after midnight and checking-in could not have been easier and faster. Our tour the next few days always started early so we were glad that the hotel provided...

They picked us up and took us to their hotel and returned us to the airport after our stay. The staff cannot do enough to help. They were extremely personable and always checking we were enjoying everything. We ate breakfast on quite a few mornings, mostly the omelette lol, but they did have a good selection of breakfast food for...

I've stayed here several times and have always enjoyed my stay. The villas are very nice. The staff are very friendly and the pool is amazing. Breakfast buffet is standard, but fine. Mr. One is the Tuk Tuk driver out front to hire. He will take care of you and knows the city well. Ask for him out front.

I stayed at Paradise Angkor Villa Hotel for 3 nights. All I wanted to do was visit and Angkor Wat and see Siem Reap. When I booked my hotel they told me I would have round trip shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel did not come pick me up. As a solo female traveler, coming into a foreign...

Is a shame that this hotel have 5 stars, my stay was a nightmare. Smelly and mouldy rooms, disgusting and without service at breakfast , staff do not speak english at all, dirty, filthy wherever you look, I do not know if they have a General manager or owner but I will rate him to change work!

There were four adults and two young children staying in one of the villas, plus more family in two bedrooms of the hotel. The villa was great, four big bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom plus a large living room with kitchen area plus another bathroom. There was a two ring hob...

Decided to stay here because we got in late at night to Siem Reap. The hotel itself is not in a key area of the city or close to that much. The hotel itself looks pretty nice from the outside and the main lobby area and the staff is quite friendly. However, the rooms themselves have not been maintained that...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and although the accommodation was OK, would not choose to stay here again. The air conditioning unit did not work properly and the phone was not working either. If you visit in March, as I did, you need to have the air conidtioning on because it gets very hot.
