7 of us in 6 rooms stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights. All the staff were friendly and kind, especially our waitresses who became friends and joked around with us. My room was nice with a great shower and A/C. There was a balcony overlooking the back garden. The lock on the door and the safe were not... More

My husband and I spent just three nights in this lovely, garden filled gem of a small hotel. Just a 20 minute walk from the heart of the more tourist driven scene in Siem Reap, the location enabled us to experience a little more of the authentic Cambodian life. At our request, the hotel arranged for Jack, a local guide,... More

My partner and I had a very enjoyable weeks stay at the River Garden. A relaxing atmosphere and friendly, helpful and of course lovely staff, particularly Miss Sohine, made for a very pleasant holiday. Also, after trying the Khmer food at other restaurants, we found the food in their restaurant to be about the best we had! Difficult to find... More

Well, I will regard this as a great comment even though our ashtrays did not qualify as large enough. Perhaps our guests would like to conserve his health and smoke a little less! More

A warm and friendly place, with excellent staff. If this does not convince you, the physical surroundings of the place will. We stayed in the Khmer Garden Cottage and adored the terrace space outside. Near the restaurant but hardly any or no noise. All cottages are actually set amidst a beautifully landscaped garden that comes with ponds, cats, ducks -... More

Staying at The River Garden for the fourth time - yes I love it so much. A beautiful small hotel, great staff and a caring owner and manager. Lovely spot just on the edge of town, an easy tuk-tuk ride in with great tuk-tuk drivers you can book for a day or a quick trip to town. It is so... More

Bit late as we visited in June 2015, but....better late than never. Wonderful place to stay. Loud with the frogs and also lots of Mozzies but your in a dense foliage and this is what you get. Sometimes the mosquitos get a little bit friendly but we are set in amidst a unique jungle setting which makes us so special. Different times of the year present different challenges. It's heartening to know the mossies wern't so annoying that you would not return. ......... so we'll see you soon! More

Thought this was a cute little boutique place to stay and very cute balconies attached to the room. All amenities were very clean and good wifi service throughout hotel. The reason why I'm giving this a 3 is because the noise around the hotel was unbelievable. It ruins the serenity you feel whilst there. Dogs barking continuously every night, weird... More

We had a great time here. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English, and made some great food and drink! It was nice to have a place that was out of the hubbub of central Siem Reap. The passion fruit mojito hit the spot as we sat by the pool in the afternoons too!
