We spent 4 nights at Shadow Angkor Villa and loved it. The room was furnished well and had a great balcony, the bed was ultra comfortable. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast that is included was lovely. They offer a laundry service as well, which is really handy. The hotel is a short walk into the town centre,... More

I love the hotel location, peaceful at night. The room was okay. Swimming pool is perfect during the day. Staff hepful even though limited knowledge on things like restaurants etc. The only thing I cannot stand was mozzie! Firstly, you should mentioned the full name of the hotel since there is another hotel with the similar name nearby. Staffs are quite helpful and help us arranged to get tickets and transport around Siem Reap. Since it is a budget and small hotel, it didn't have lift and no air-cond at the hotel lobby and room corridors. Internet wifi... More

Not a bad place to stay, staff are very accommodating rooms are clean and the breakfast is pretty good!!! Wifi is a little sketchy at times but hey it is Cambodia after all so don't expect to much on that front.

We originally planned to stay here for 3 nights but checked out after 1. Nothing in particular was horrible but we found a much better deal. The room was clean and everything worked (t.v., a.c., shower, etc.). They offered to pick us up from the bus station which was nice, but when we got to the hotel somebody that worked... More

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It is formal and old fashioned looking with heavy wooden furniture in the lobby and rather classic furnishings in the rooms. I had a room on the second floor, which was a bit noisy one evening (schoolgirls playing in the carwash across the road) but other than that I slept well. Higher... More

We arrived earlier than expected, and to our surprise the room was ready. As we were a group of 3 , we got a triple room with air-conditioning. The breakfast was a small selection from a menu. It had fresh fruits, Cambodian congee and eggs, bacons, toast and a few other things. We really liked this as it was cooked... More

We booked Shadow Angkor via AirAsiaGo (flight+room), which apparently did not communicate with the hotel about our arrival. There was supposed to be a free pickup from the airport, but no one was there. So we 6 of us went to the hotel via a van. On the arrival, Shadow Angkor did not have my reservation (!?) They asked for... More

We had a pleasant surprise on arrival to this hotel, we stayed in 3 hotels over 5 days in Cambodia and booked hotels whilst trying to keep the costs of the trip as low as possible. This was definitely the best of the bunch! It worked out more expensive but that was probably as we had a triple room! We... More

Perfect location minutes away from the markets yet in a very quiet area on the opposite side of the river. We were on the 4th floor, which could be a drawback for some, although we didn't very mind as it was good training for exploring the temples :) The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and the staff friendly...
