In summary: just really not the best value for price that is asked here. Certainly can find better price and value in town. Overall somewhat unfriendly and cold, lacked proper cleaning & maintenance, meager breakfast, frequent cold showers... All in all the property isn't horrible. Just left us somewhat puzzled as price bears no relation to value. And in the...

Dear Mrs, Ploy Maha Before answering concerning the subject of the fumigation of our garden, it seems to me essential to make a small history of your late arrival on 31 December 2016: Your flight arrived more than two hours late at Siem reap Airport. You are presented at the reception of Samar Villas with your friend around 22.30 Pm....

Samar was very quite. No other guests so we had the pool to ourselves which was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food from the kitchen was a let down though. It's a bit out of town so you'll need transport every time you venture out but it's on $3 US donor a deal breaker.

I highly recommend this delightful boutique hotel in Siem Reap. The staff were welcoming, efficient and professional. We received good advice with regard to visiting the historic sites from the General Manager Bertrand and arrangements were put in place to make it very easy for us to make the most of our time there yet we were still able to...

Location wise the property may not be for every travelers especially those who prefer staying very near to pub street area. However, we like the tranquility of the area and their attentive staffs. We were served by the same waitress in the restaurant throughout our 3 nights stay, she was definitely a gem! The property was half-occupied during our stay...

OVERVIEW Coming here for the Angkor Empire Marathon was my main aim for this trip. Siem Reap has changed alot over the years since I came in 2006. From the only big establishment of Le Meridian Resort, they have many more to offer and also hospitality competition is getting tight. As this time I was travelling with older folks and...

We stayed in double bedroom apartment (4 people) and had a wonderful stay. Building and decoration of exquisite taste, remarkable artifacts you would not find in standard hotels, rooms in pre-existing local houses, refurbished with attention. Location is half way between crowded city center and Ankor Wat - tuktuk is definitely needed but arranged by the staff. Food is really...

Sorry but I cannot particularly recommend this hotel. I will start with the positives..... The staff in the dining room are fantastic. Always smiling and ready to help. Other staff were good and obviously tried very hard to please but my suspicion is that the upper management/owners do not really care for their staff. The hotel itself is very nice,...

We took a long time deciding on the hotel we would stay in Angkor. We wanted smth really nice and charming, but comfy and good service. Hesitated a while between Le Meridien and this hotel. We chose the latter as it looked much more nicely decorated, more authentic should i say, and the reviews on this hotel were mostly really...
