Manager are very rude. I purchased the online booking through agoda including breakfast for two. Its very clear stated in the booking slip. But he refuse to give and answer me very very rude. Rome are very dirty and horrible. I definitely not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. Location also very bad. They not provided any hot water...

Ended up staying here because we got into Siem Reap very late. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the market, which wouldn't be bad if it weren't 100 degrees outside. We had to change rooms three times becajuse the ac wouldn't work and sleeping was impossible. Beds were very comfortable though! Spotty wifi, creepy men in the lobby...

Stayed here for 3 nights recently and was not impressed, the bed was clean well the sheets were anyway so that was something. The room itself was fairly dated and shabby. A wardrobe that needs the skip badly, broken/dirty curtains, a/c blowing mild air and a shower that you had to hold because the wall mount was broken. A shame...

No one who worked here knew how to smile. Very unfriendly staff who ultimately ripped us off on a bus ticket. The facilities are amazing- great pool- fantastic rooms and decent food. But the people who work there are shady and untrustworthy. Also, they gave us completely wrong information about the bus we book through them- huge rip off. Don't...

My son and I ended up here as a result of a scam. We had been led to believe that the hotel had the following facilities which did not exist - Dining Room, Lounge, Bar, Telephones, various services. Leaving the scam aside - On the second day I had to ask for towels. In three days the room was not...

We got to this hotel from a friend recommendation. We stayed at a double bed room with private bathroom for USD12, the fan didn't work so they gave us the remote for the air conditioner for the same price. The hotel has a really nice pool that is really useful when you want to take a break of Angkor wat....

Travellers usually get confused and disregard the context and the environment in which they are in. Having been to a few low budget hotels in Cambodia, I for myself can say that Temple Villa was the best one, although it is more of an upper-low / lower-mid budget class. Out of a simple fact - they had (at least in...

Seeing some of these negative reviews had me worried about staying here but we had no problems at all. Tuk tuk driver bought us here from bus station and he was lovely. He then became our driver for our 3 days round angkor. Rooms are good quality for $15 a night. We didn't use the pool but saw lots of...

As with most of the other reviews, we arrived in Siem Reap at 5am after a long bus ride and was hassled by a tuk tuk driver that worked for this hotel. We kindly told him we would walk to find a guest house but he continued to follow us and made us feel uncomfortable. When we realised our options...

“I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. If u look at any budget hotel or backpackers u can find easily at the city center and many type of the budget hotel. But don't u ever stay at this hotel. The room are not safety people can easily enter from the balcony. It is very dirty, under maintenance and horrible hotel.”

“SCAM! I am a backpacker on Month 5 and this is my first bad review. This specifically involves the man who works the desk at night. I arrived at night from the bus stop I hired and paid the tuk tuk driver who suggested and took me to this hostel (should have been a red flag). I paid the tuk tuk and arrived at night and was checked in by the man working the desk at night. When I checked out two days later the man who works at the night was the one who checked me out as well. He told me $29.00. I told him that was not accurate and he said I did not pay the tuk tuk. (The tuk tuk and the hotel are completely separate entities.) I gave him $30.00 and he only would give me $1.00 back refusing to give me the correct amount back. He also refused to give me a receipt for the transaction. I was stuck. He wouldn't give me anymore than $1.00 back and refused a receipt. The next day I went to the day staff and told them my situation. They pulled out my invoice and said that my total bill was actually $24.00 not $29.00. The man working the night desk completely scammed me. Please, trust me and don't stay here. The rooms may be nice but who knows what will happen with the night staff. Also, my friends went to the wrong floor by accident and tried to open the wrong door... And the key worked! They are good people so shut and locked the door but anyone can get into the rooms. Safe travels backpackers - stay away from this place. :)”
