5/10 minutes walking distance to town centre. Rooms are big with bath, hot water, ac, tv & wifi. Restaurant service with reasonable prices. Two pc at disposal at the hall area and a small pool that is really welcome in a hot day. Good option in Siem Reap

We arrived late from the border and just wanted to check in and take a shower. The room looked nice at the first glance but once I took a look into the bathroom I was more than disgusted. It stank very bad and the toilet was dirty. The whole bathroom was a nightmare. Also it was pretty noisy. The breakfast...

We arrived pretty late from the border and so feeling pretty tired after hours on the bus jumped in a tuk tuk at the bus station and not knowing much about the area asked the driver to take us to a guesthouse, somewhere not too expensive, and he took us here, to Siem Reap Temple Villa. The tuk tuk itself...

We came in the night and the tuk tuk driver took an extreme high price to take us there, but we thought it was a free ride to check in at their hotel. The rooms and everything was fine, but the drivers where terrible and annoying. And they are really expensive compared to the new place we checked in (we...

Stayed as part of a group . First room given was extremely poor. View was of brick wall, the bathroom smelled, had a massive damp patch on ceiling and shower head had no handle so had to hold and shower with one hand. Was given a different room for next two nights. But room wasn't cleaned (cleaning staff didn't seem...

The location is not bad and nether the building in it self but they just dont seem to clean the rooms. They had not changed the bed sheets in our room when we checked in and we found hair and dirt in our bed. When we asked them to change the sheets they said that they would but they did...

This hotel was the most frustrating experience of our trip: the seets in our room were not changed for months probably. They smelled of sweat of some tens travellers who slept on them before us. When we asked to change, they gave us another smelly piece. They probably do not do any loundry, just change the old sheets among the...

It was bad as the people where saying. This is like the head quarters to TUK TUK mafia. Reception service was awful, rooms where dirty, breakfast was no nice at all. We stayed only one night and changed hotel after that. Avoid this place!

“I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. If u look at any budget hotel or backpackers u can find easily at the city center and many type of the budget hotel. But don't u ever stay at this hotel. The room are not safety people can easily enter from the balcony. It is very dirty, under maintenance and horrible hotel.”

“SCAM! I am a backpacker on Month 5 and this is my first bad review. This specifically involves the man who works the desk at night. I arrived at night from the bus stop I hired and paid the tuk tuk driver who suggested and took me to this hostel (should have been a red flag). I paid the tuk tuk and arrived at night and was checked in by the man working the desk at night. When I checked out two days later the man who works at the night was the one who checked me out as well. He told me $29.00. I told him that was not accurate and he said I did not pay the tuk tuk. (The tuk tuk and the hotel are completely separate entities.) I gave him $30.00 and he only would give me $1.00 back refusing to give me the correct amount back. He also refused to give me a receipt for the transaction. I was stuck. He wouldn't give me anymore than $1.00 back and refused a receipt. The next day I went to the day staff and told them my situation. They pulled out my invoice and said that my total bill was actually $24.00 not $29.00. The man working the night desk completely scammed me. Please, trust me and don't stay here. The rooms may be nice but who knows what will happen with the night staff. Also, my friends went to the wrong floor by accident and tried to open the wrong door... And the key worked! They are good people so shut and locked the door but anyone can get into the rooms. Safe travels backpackers - stay away from this place. :)”
