Within two days and nights at the privilege floor @BoreiAngkor, I've been treated the best of all time. I love how I receive smiles each time I walked pass the friendly staffs, specially @Chetta, she always guides and makes sure I enjoy the service to the fullest. With car pick up service from @Chanren at the airport, and additional personal...

Understaffed, inexperienced and poorly trained. The room tired, need a thorough clean and refitting. The staff were generally 'desperately' friendly. As guest we could have done without the ten minutes lecture on the importance of TripAdvisor review. This hotel has a potential of a luxury 5 star however barely a 4 star, yet the quality is reflected in the price....

Short version? For $243 for two nights, we received a personal concierge, guided all day tour of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples and airport pick up and drop off (with breakfast – flight was early and the restaurant wasn’t open, so Mr Bona arranged coffee and our own boxed delicious breakfasts!). Price of the main hotel ranged from $109 -...

Well looked after by all the staff, good location, rooms clean and nothing to much trouble. Breakfast ( on 4th floor) good with freshly squeezed juice, freshly prepared fruit and plenty of choice. Good sized swimming pool. Only criticism some English magazines in spa.

This is a perfect place to explore Ankor Watt and sorounding with pleasure and find the relaxiation thereafter. I had my personal butler Rayou picking me up at the airport and helping me during my whole 4 days. He organized everything like my guide through the sites, adviced my driver, booked my restaurants with grat pleasure and in perfect English....

Upon arriving at the airport in Siem Reap, I was picked up by a lovely man named Meta. I simply expected him to take me to the hotel, however, he stuck with me throughout my stay as my personal assistant. He booked the excursion to Angkor as well as a trip to the floating villages and a driver who spent...

Stayed at this fantastic hotel for three days in February. From the perfect pickup at the airport, the excellent breakfast to the fantastic service everyday, we were very satisfied with our choice. The location is fine with lots of cheap tuktuks to take you anywhere you want quickly.

A difficult review to write because I cannot think of anything to criticise. This is a five star property at three star prices. Lovely pool, lounge and rooms. The staff are attentive and efficient. Hats off to Meta, Alex and Wattana.

If your preference is for an antiseptic-looking Western-style high-rise hotel The Privilege Floor@Borei Angkor is not for you. If, on the other hand, you enjoy space, style and character in an elegant building this is a perfect choice. Add to that an unsurpassed level of service (comparing, in my case, experience in 89 other countries) which begins at the airport...
