Okay for starters, the 3 Malika resorts/boutiques/hotels on trip advisor are the same place! We got to the hotel, quickly realising it was further out of town than we expected! We had to drag our own luggage through the gravel "garden", which was a bad start! Got into the room and noticed a smell of dirty drain water immediately. Pool...

This boutique hotel offers a great room rate as we have planed for our budget. The pool, restaurant, staffs here were wonderful. But I was a bit disappointed with the air-conditioner in my room for my first day as it did not function well. Recommended.

This hotel is definitively not a 4 stars hotel. If I give my feedback on the assumption that it is a 4 stars it would be very bad. If we on the other side look at the price paid, which is very cheap and also doesn't match with 4 stats hotel, the feedback is not so bad. My husband and...

Nice big room with air con, tv and safe, pool looks nice but not sure how clean it was. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was helpful. This hotel is a bit outside of the popular town centre, it's not noisy. Located just around the corner from where the Giant Ibis night bus arrived, and the hotel let us check...

We arrived in Siem Reap around 6a from the overnight bus from Phnom Penh. We'd hoped our room would be empty so we could check in early since we were desperately tired, but it was booked up (totally fair). We had breakfast at the hotel- you have 5 basic options to choose from. We ended up having eggs benedict every...

Whilst from the outside the hotel looks well kept, and for the most part when we saw staff they were friendly, it seemed understaffed. For a worthwhile mention was the lone front of house staff member. He greeted us in the mornings with a mute scowl and pointed to a table. He was basically the Basil Fawlty of morning restaurants....

Don't even think about booking this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will post a proper review in a separate log but I felt I had to write this NOW to save anyone else the pain. Broken window in the room, the shower door was missing (??!!), AND A DEAD RAT ON THE BALCONY. Oh and there's no sign of recent...

Unfortunately the hotel breakfast is so small it just starts the stomach working instead of satiate the hunger, never stayed at a hotel that serve such poor breakfast. This is worst than a back packer's breakfast. Room condition is very run down as well, toilet smells and pillow stinks. The settee in Room 301 is badly stained and stinks, shameful...

The staff is very nice and always helpfull. The standard of the hotel is not 4 stars. Do not spend more as 50 euros a night. It is not worthy. Hot water is a problem. Cleaning is deficient. Quality of towels poor.
