Stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, staff and small swimming pool. I had a back room (no river view, but sunrise was quite spectacular) so minus one point for that although peering through my window I discovered a fabulous barbeque restaurant just behind the hotel which I went to on second night - all you can eat...

Had a great stay here for 2 nights in March. Travelled as 2 couples. Nothing too much trouble. Organized a pick up from the airport, they were there on time, and also return back to the airport. They were excellent organizing tuk tuks for us, to Pub Street, and also for our trip to the temples at Angkor Wat. Lovely...

What really makes this hotel outstanding is the absolute dedication of the staff. Most people visiting Siem Reap are doing so because they want to see the temples of Angkor Wat. The front desk staff let you book drivers but don't hassle you about it. They have a good sense of humour and go out of their way to help...

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of March. The service was outstanding; the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we couldn't have asked for more from that standpoint. The breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular and not a large selection of food. The hotel was situated in a good location, close to Pub Street...

We stayed here for four nights last month. It was US$110 a night which was fine for a four star hotel and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a complimentary airport pickup and for the return transfer the hotel charged US$10 which saved the hassle of finding a taxi. The room was great and...

Stayed here in February, very helpful staff. I checked out at 12, but my flight didn't leave until 5PM. They offered to let me take a shower later that afternoon before my flight-outstanding. At check out they also gave a small parting gift- very nice touch, and very representative of their level of service. Centrally located by the river, temple...

Nice hotel, clean rooms, basic breakfast. No welcome drink or fruit basket , bit disappointing. Nice outdoor swimming pool. staff lovely. If you are looking for a mini market go left out of the hotel door, left at the first lane and half way down there is a small mini market but further down at the next cross street you...

Breakfast was great, the pool very clean and refreshing, service was exemplary Staff well trained and attentive. Situated five to ten minute walk to Pub Street and...

We arrived a little before check-in time but were able to get into our room. The lobby is large with bar and restaurant and beautiful wood everywhere. Our room was on the 1st floor, which was one floor above street level. We overlooked the small pool and the river (as well as the main road that runs along the river)....
