We arrived later than planned as our flight was delayed about one hour. When we did arrive, staff greeted us with cordial drink and sweet potato crisps. We were approached by staff after about 15 minutes and told the hotel is fully booked and that they could not supply the 3 rooms we had booked but only 2 rooms. They...

I found the staff helpful, friendly and with a sense of humour. They were a great help with my sorry attempt at their language, and seemed pleased I tried. The Tuk tuk drivers were all great but Mr Nith was the best of the best, he really took an interest in what my husband and I were interested in seeing...

Stayed here just a few days ago and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are large with ok beds. The waffles with strawberry jam at breakfast are the best I've ever had! If you are going to Angkor Temples and really want to see a lot rent a tuk tuk and a guide DO NOT do the...

I stayed in the hotel for a few nights in November 2014. Upon arrival I was greeted with some vegetable chips and a cold drink. Check-In was very smooth and the staff very friendly. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift in the hotel, but someone from the staff kindly helped me with my luggage....

Tuk tuk service will take you into the city, but we still felt a little removed from Pub Street (a good thing in retrospect). Pros - Easy check in, check out - Free breakfast - Decent shower Cons - Breakfast sucked for the most part - Massage service was really lackluster - Hard beds

This was a lovely base for reaching Angkor Wat (which I guess most people reading this are planning to do if you are looking at Siem Reap!). This hotel is a little further from the city but therefore closer to the temples, which in my opinion is perfect. The hotel has tuk tuk drivers that work for them and they...

My husband and I spent one night here during our quick two day trip in Siem Reap. We didn't have a great first experience when we landed because our taxi driver was extremely rude. However, Mr. Nith, our tuk tuk driver hired through the hotel redeemed our whole experience in Siem Reap. He's relatively new the the tourism scene but...

We were met at the airport by out tuk tuk driver and then greated at the hotel with drinks and snacks. The rooms were great, there were lots of special touches. Food was great and so were the massages. Definately recommend this hotel

After searching many reviews, we selected Gloria Angkor for our stay in Siem Reap, and were very pleased. As promised, we were met at the airport by our tuk-tuk driver, Mr. Chomreoun. On arrival at Gloria, we were greeted and given drinks and refreshments while we checked in. Our room was comfortable and overlooked the pool. The combination of shiny...

Greeted with a welcome snack and drink. Very warm hospitality. Enjoyed the free flow of tea, coffee and bananas. The budget breakfast was also decent and sufficient. Even the food. Served in the hotel restaurant was inexpensive. About $3-5 only. Enjoyed the complimentary tuk tuk at night. I came by bus from phnom penh. And the staff actually came in...
