The service of this hotel is superb. The team behind its concierge, events and rooms will make you feel that the entire staff of the hotel works for you and will cater to the needs of your group. The only complaint really is they serve too much good food!

I spent two nights here in state room with great view over royal palace. The breakfast is delicious and huge with a love of choice. Furniture has great design made very comfortable feeling and relaxing. Staff is really friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friend everyone i know.

Thank you very much for your compliments! I am delighted to know that you had enjoyed the view overlooking the manicured Royal gardens in the confines of our luxurious State Room as well as our champagne breakfast. We paid more to experience the highly touted Raffles Brand but found it wanting of a 5-star experience. Our room was tucked far away in one corner with no view although we had requested for one and paid extra for it and even though the hotel was not full. During our two-day stay, the power suddenly shut off on 3...

It is regretful to know that we have not fully achieved our goal in providing you a great service during your stay with us. If you want an insight into how life was lived in colonial days by the higher classes, go here. This is the oldest building in Sien Reap to survive Cambodia's troubles and it has been beautifully restored and supplemented with Raffles class. The old lift with its double gates and wicker and wood doors, manned by a uniformed lift attendant,...

A heartwarming appreciation for your wonderful and inspiring compliments. Full of history and colonial style, this is where the romance of Ankor Wat begins. Cocktails served by pretty waitresses kneeling at your wicker chair in the spacious bar overlooking the gardens, the pool and distant forests, two black and white photographs look down on you pleasure. One is of Somerset Maugham, haughty but secretly proud to treated as the...

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so helpful. The breakfast was unreal and the food in the main restaurant was excellent. We also had a massage which I would highly recommend! It was the perfect place to relax in between our trip to Ankor Wat and another morning trip to see the floating houses on the lake. Would...

The hotel is gorgeous and classy in an old colonial way - wide, black and white tiled hallways with high ceilings, great old wood and iron caged elevator with doors. The staff is professional and attentive - in fact, one complaint might be that they are too attentive, almost on your elbow (obviously, not all of them). If you want...

While traveling to Angkor Wat, The Raffles Grand Hotel D'Angkor is a must in Colonial Time travel. Situated across the Royal Palace in Siem Reap, the place is an early 1930's hotel with all the luxuries and a nice pool to relax after visiting nearby Angkor Wat.

Situated amid the lush greens of the Royal Garden, the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor, indeed, has been serving as the haven of the travelers of Angkor and, until now, it has retained the charms of the bygone era but has kept up with the lux and current modernities. Hotel was nice, staff were amazing. Pool linens really need to be replaced as do the ones in the room. Saying so room and grounds were very nice. Don't recommend the dinner and a show. Had some issues with bugs on the food.
